A lot of people have been bemoaning the last few months of WWE PPVs and TV, but it seems like most people are still watching.
So here's a question, what (potentially possible) thing would get you to quit watching WWE forever? Or at least for a very long time?
For me: if Miz ever becomes WWE Champion again. It'll prove that WWE and I no longer agree on what a WWE Champion should be, and that I should just quit watching rather than frustrate myself.
The only other one would be if they became a kind of late WCW "this is a shoot" company. If they ever do a storyline that boils down to "WRESTLING IS FAKE, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE STORY" then I'm done.

Chris Benoit murdering his entire family and committing suicide only turned me off for a year or so. I'm in for the long haul.

I don't think I'll ever stop watching forever.
I do get into periods where I just read the results of Raw on 411mania and watch the ppv's however.

Very little probably... though I do think if they start doing the Russo swerve for the sake of swerves or full on worked shoot stuff like in the op. With like here's the script and it says I'm supposed to lose but I'm not going to! Because despite all this other stuff which is fake this is real right now! (as opposed to stuff like Punk's worked shoot which still fit completely in the concept of kayfabe.)
Might make me more likely to skip it.

Nothing would make me suddenly stop watching forever as there's no kind of decision or incident that would have such a permanent effect. I could slowly get bored and drift away but that'd be a general ambivalence than 'I'm done' part 500.

When I lose my smile for wrestling.
I only really watch the product now to mess around in the threads on here. Same goes for TNA. When it gets to the point where I'm not having fun doing that, I'm out.

Cena, Orton, or HHH (or Hogan) beating Undertaker at WrestleMania would probably do it. I've come really close stopping permanently at a couple points, but that happening would probably clinch it for me.
Barring that...if, say, Punk, Bryan, AJ, The Shield, The Wyatts, and Cody/Goldust all got released at once, that would also get me to stop watching for a good long while.

Depending on who and how it happens, undertaker losing at wrestlemania. Yeah, I was gonna post the same thing. I think if Undertaker lost at WM, that'd probably do me in.

If they actually openly came out and said that they didn't care what their fans wanted, and that they'll continue to push who they want with no regard for us. I'd be done as done gets.

I doubt that I ever completely stop watching anytime soon, but I already go through long stretches where I stop watching and just follow what's going on here. Currently I only watch most of Raw, Impact, and Total Divas; mainly so that I can crack jokes and have fun. The current corporate wrestling landscape of the WWE being more or less the only show in town is draining if you take it too seriously.

Transphobia, even though they already did it with the Mark Henry storyline in 1999. There's no excuse these days.
