Who told the story, I think Jericho, who was wrestling in a ring so damn small it was basically impossible be pinned anywhere without being in or underneath the ropes?

The size of your ring doesn't matter, its how your wrestlers use it that counts.

WWF used boxing rings for years. Something to do looking better on tv I believe. Mick Foley talked about how hard they were compared to most wrestling rings. They switched over in the late 90's to a standard style ring they same size as the old ones, and ended up aggravating Mick's knee problems. Guy got no breaks.

WWF's rings were notoriously hard, weren't they? It wasn't until the likes of the Hardys E&C and all the ladder stuff that they changed them. At least that's what I thought?
How big was the ring on Hogan's "Hulkamania" Tour of Australia? I remember seeing pictures of that one and it looked comically tiny.
