Hogan could be in that and not have to bump. Put in say Khali and Brodus so he could toss some big guys.
Have a trophy awarded at the end of it.

I would bet money they have one...on the pre-show.

Been my hope for awhile now. I think if they were to do 30 though, they'd have to start out with 10 guys already in the ring. You wouldn't want this match taking up too much time since it's hard enough to get time for singles matches as it is.
This would also be a good way to get several modern guys who rarely have direction for Wrestlemania (BIG SHOW) a respectable spot on the card, too. Gotta have some people to carry it while having your Hogans and Warriors in there for the star power.

They would really need a better prize than a trophy. A title match the next night on Raw?

Move it to the pre-show where it's easily skippable, and I'd be ok with it.

I still think they should do a 30 years of Mania battle Royal where each participant represents one of the past manias (that that participant actually competed at) and then give the number 30 spot to someone from NXT (who wins a tournament at Axcess). (would be a good way to use Hogan, he could not take any bumps and still win, aka the "Iron Sheik clause")

And in my idea yes, they would represent past Manias, so most would be past their primes and not in line for a title shot.

Sorry, I didn't read the thread before replying which is why I ended up repeating what you said.

I wanna see a 20 man "Heritage Battle Royal". Have a ton of guys from over the years and some from today fight, and the winner gets a big ass trophy. Like a gimmick battle royal, but with more star power.

WM1-Piper WM2-Bundy WM3-Steamboat WM4-DiBiase WM5-Hogan WM6-Hacksaw WM7-Sgt. Slaughter WM8-Ric Flair WM9-Backlund WM10- Mabel WM11- Nash WM12- Vader WM13-Sid WM14- Kane WM15-Big Show WM16-Foley WM17-Austin WM18- Jericho WM19- Booker T WM20- Goldberg WM21-Batista WM22-Rey Mysterio WM23-HBK WM24-JBL WM25-Kofi WM26-Swagger WM27-Miz WM28- Mark Henry WM29-Del Rio WM30- Anyone on the current roster who needs something to do.
These are the guys I would use based on whether or not they can still tumble out of a ring, and for the newer guys, I left off anyone that might have something important to do, like HHH, Taker, Brock, etc. Pretty sure all the guys on the list are still on good terms with WWE. Not sure about Bundy. He might need to be replaced. Same with HBK. They might want him to do something else. I'd book Hogan to win since I don't think he's able to go over the top and it's the Hulkster brother!

a lot of people are talking about Hogan coming back now that he's done with TNA. We know he can't bump, but appearing in a battle royal would let him be ina match

Bumping or no bumping, I honestly don't wanna see Hogan hobbling around, a shell of his former self. As a huge fan since I was years old in 1986, it just makes me sad to see him barely able to do anything. A promo segment? Sure.

They should have a 30 diva battle royal, where they all enter during a medley that goes on way too long and gets edited off the DVD release, then all of the guest divas there for it are basically not acknowledged and the match is won by Santino.

As much as probably no one wants to hear it, the window for an official retirement match has passed. Hogan let that slip away by continuing to go all these years despite his body deteriorating over time. A 30 years of WM Battle Royal isn't a bad idea, but Hogan not being able to bump means he HAS to win, which basically makes the match all about him and takes a bit of the excitement out of seeing anyone else.

I don't think we necessarily need a retirement match or anything from Hogan, but I would like to see him have some role or other at the show. If nothing else, have him stand in somebody's corner against the Real Americans or something. Hell, have a segment where he gets them to realize what being a Real American really means and they turn face by dumping Zeb then pose with him or something.
