Do you guys prefer wrestlers without knee-pads or with kneepads, when I watch back World Of Sport I noticed that hardly any British wrestlers wore knee-pads yet at the same time period of the 80's, a lot of American wrestlers were, now a days I think it helps someone stand out in a weird way, like what Cody Rhodes did when he was a heel, I think it would work for someone like Regal or Sandow considering they use a lot of knees in their offense and it would look cooler when Sandow for example does his half nelson coupled with multiple knee strikes thing if he's got exposed knees because it would hurt the opponent a lot more in kayfabe, same with Regal's knee trembler.

As a wrestler, kneepads just because you will f*** your knees without them.

I prefer kneepads, but some look better without them, like Big E. My personal favorite look is how Flair wore his around his calves.

As a wrestler, kneepads just because you will f*** your knees without them. Jerry Lawler did that fist drop from 2nd rope for like 40 years without kneepads and he's just fine by his own account, zero knee issues.

I like Kneepads. I also prefer when a heel does a bare knee spot that they pull down the kneepad first, it looks a lot more calculating and dastardly than it does when the guy doesn't wear the pads in the first place.

Eventually, everyone wears knee pads.

Ambrose did that in FCW in the storyline that he was obsessed with Regal and taking all of him moves right?

Their knees just look naked without them. Especially if they are wearing smaller boots.

depends on what they're wearing if they wear long tights you can get away without knee pads.
Trunks almost always look better with, and people that wear trunks without pads usually swap to pads relatively quickly to help prevent friction burns.

I used to hate the Norman Smiley look, but it's grown on me slightly.

In terms of appearence, legs look bare with just the underwear cut trunks (Ziggler or Anderson Silva style look fine though)
though frankly, I think that kickpads with kneepads on them look best

I managed to injure my knee by taking a f***ing Fameasser without pads. A kid in our school insists on not wearing kneepads as he's a huge Cesaro mark and he took a Dominator this week which he took on his knees. He's warming up to kneepads now.

Knees are weird looking, I'd prefer not to look at them.

Depends on the wrestler's legs. If you have chicken legs (no calves) and insist on wearing trunks, wear knee pads as well. (Thank you for joining the rest of the world, Cody Rhodes.)
