Well, it's been a while. Sorry for the absence. I had some car trouble that's kept me preoccupied for the weekend. Anyway, I'm back. And, it's time for a new match. But first, here's how the last one ended:
It's down to Bret Hart and Randy Savage. They tie up and go at it, doing a little chain wrestling before Savage takes over. He tries to put Hart away, but he's too fired up to go down. He starts to gain the upperhand. However, as Hart is beating down on Savage, Queen Sherri has snuck onto the apron and is untying the top turnbuckle cover of a corner. She thinks she's gonna get away with it, but Bret see her. He rushes over just as she's taken the cover off, grabs Sherri, and bangs her head on the turnbuckle. The crowd for goes crazy over this. The ref checks on Sherri and to scold her a bit. And, Hart tries to put the cover back. Unfortunately, this has allowed Savage to recover. He sneaks up behind Hart and hits him with a knee to the back. This sends Hart right into the exposed turnbuckle. Savage then hits Hart with a clothesline. Bret is down on the mat as Savage climbs to the top rope and jumps off with his patented flying elbow drop. Savage covers Bret, and the ref counts. 1... 2... 3! It's over. The King's Court has won, and Savage is the survivor.
