B+ has the most votes, The Authority was right.

D-
Same two boring schmucks on top (Cena and Orton)
Awful storylines
50,000 rematches of total divas vs. regular divas
Triple H & Stephanie playing worse versions of their 2000 characters
Stubborn stupidity with the way they are handling Bryan
I can't give it any higher than a D- at this time.
They need to drop all this crap in 2014 if they want to get better.

B
Wyatts are great, not enough Sheamus, Authority angle is best use of Triple H in years, good riddance to finally dropping the WHC, Goldust and Cody together are phenomenal.

Come on, how could I not vote for this? Seriously though, I'd give it a C+. B- if I'm feeling generous. TV has been pretty rotten these past few months but the match quality is the highest it's ever been.

D+ . Title unification bumps this up from a D-.
Bryan getting screwed over and over again.
Alex Riley being marginalized even in comparison to other low carders (I.e. no WWE Shop skits, no JBL and Cole Show cameos, few televised matches even when the roster is VERY thin). And furthermore being square pegged into a role he obviously sucks at without it leading anywhere.
Miz's face run not being booked properly
I love NXT, but there's A little too much creative focus on developmental while the current main roster gets neglected.
Brad Maddox marginalized in a useless non wrestling role. I don't care if he isn't that good, use him as an enhancement talent to put over the guys who are.
The Wyatt Family needlessly being made into a "big deal fairly quick" instead of working their way up the ranks.
Big Show being a primary face in 2013.
Neglect of the Divas to the point where AJ gets cheered over them despite obvious heel motivations.
Not using Zack Ryder properly even after he tried hard to reinvent himself. On the rare occasions he DOES get used well, it's only done reluctantly and only as a means to undercut the OTHER undercard faces like Yoshi, Kidd, and Riley.

There's been a good chunk of fun matches as well as the rising of the SHIELD, the Wyatts, and Big E. However, the midcard scene has meant less and less over the last year, ultimately turning into a big pile of nothing post-Summerslam. The tags, though, have improved rather nicely with a good breadth of wrestlers in that area now.
In short, this year gets a C+ to me. It's somewhat like an Oreo- good top and bottom, but instead of the cream middle, there's a slice of stale cheese. Hopefully, they'll improve that next year.

PPVs might not have been the best but I have loved the Authority angle so much so they get a high grade just for that.
Then you factor in all the great matches and JBL, I'd say A-.

B-, all credit to the solid B+, Daniel Bryan who carried the shit out of this year. Overally the year had amazing matches, yet many hot angles that never got the payoff it deserved.
This was the year of the 6 man though, and we have a solid tag division forming. I don't know what 14' holds but hopefully they just give Bryan his solid run with the belt, because he definetly deserves it over everyone else. I see Punk being the most important guy coming around the Summer though, since that when his contract comes up.

I'll say C+/B-. There's not much of a difference there, 79 or 80, right?
They've found this equilibrium with me, where they do the shit I hate, but they give me enough good stuff so I want to watch. And the good is really good, the in-ring action has been steadily improving the last 2 years and this year hit a high point. And NXT f***ing rules.

A solid B-
They had one of the best times in the history of their company in the first half of the year. From the return of the Rock, Punk vs. Undertaker, Dolph cashing in, The Shield, Daniel Bryan, The rise of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow; Mark Henry's awesome heel turn, CM Punks return in Chicago, AJ winning the Divas Title; a great Summerslam highlighted by Lesnar vs. Punk and Cena vs. Bryan. The second HHH pedigreed Bryan though, it all went downhill from there.
Everything else felt like a watered-down version of all the good stuff we had in the first half of the year: there's no way Punk vs. Ryback/Axel could ever have been better than his match with Lesnar and it's made me wish they held that match off until Wrestlemania instead. Bryan vs. Orton never once reached the level of his matches with Cena and the authority angle hurt the majority of people involved in it - except for Cody Rhodes.
Such a shame, because I was having the time of my life watching WWE in the first half of the year. I could not have imagined they'd fall off a cliff this bad, but they managed it. Now they are back in the status quo with Cena & Orton, despite them having the potential to make a HUGE star in Daniel Bryan. I get that he's still over as hell, but he should be the guy who held the title from Summerslam, through to Wrestlemania to make his win so much more meaningful.

Listen, WWE. Madison Carter has said all along, as have I, that you're very valued here. You're incredibly talented. I mean you're the ultimate underdog. You're part of the very fabric of television entertainment. But I need to manage your expectations, WWE, and these people don't understand business either I mean not everyone can be the face of television. Not everyone can be Emmy award winning material. I mean really WWE you're averaging like what, a 2.8 rating? Maybe 4 million viewers? And well, we can't all be supermodels. OK, but the WWE Universe - they clearly love you. And hey - I mean you have a place here. WWE, you might not be an A, but you are a B+.
Solid B+.

I rate this year a B+ player, just like Triple H.
Really though, I've loved a lot of the tv wrestling this year. The PPVs were pretty decent through and especially including SummerSlam (awesome show), but the tv this year was through the roof. The Shield were booked well enough to be made into legit stars, Bryan's well-deserved popularity reached heights nobody ever expected, and Jericho has one of the best runs of his entire career to kick it all off. There have been lots of obscure gems on Main Event, too (KOFI/CESARO MAY 1ST PEOPLE - WATCH IT). Overall, even if the storylines have hit lows as the year went on, I enjoyed the hell out of all those great matches we got free-of-charge. They have a lot to work on for 2014, though.

That Kofi/Cesaro match was insane, like top 5 match of the year good if you're going on pure work and not taking storyline/importance into account. It was on par with Zayn/Cesaro, Punk/Cena, all of 'em. I actually voted for it in the FAN awards for match of the year because I figured it deserved at least 1 vote.

I gave it an honorable mention in my MotY Awards. It was probably just behind Cena/Punk on Raw for me. Such a great match!

C-. There has been tons of great matches this year but most of these great matches are usually the same matches you already seen multiple times on TV with the same predictable winner.

C+, weak Wrestlemania and subpar storylines from Summerslam to December pull this year down for me. Good matches and young talent gives it some points though

What a tough one... as has been said, great matches almost on a weekly basis, but the shows fell off a cliff after Summerslam. However, the late Spring/early Summer string of shows were some of my favorite stuff WWE has done in the last decade.
I'll go with a C+, because this last handful months have been pretty crummy, but the good was good enough to bring it up, IMO.
