F, not just for the goings-on on TV and "Pay-per-views", but their overall financial situation.
House shows half-full, if not cancelled. Wrestlers, namely their WORLD CHAMPION, not licensed in a state for an event so they couldn't compete (refunds). Their "WrestleMania" half full, ratings still not going anywhere, talent getting axed left and right, rumors of the Carters wanting to sell, and let's not forget Dixie's letter to the fans *gag*.
It's been said for years now, but it truly looks like TNA, financially, is on its last legs.

I'm well aware that the product has stunk at a lot of points throughout this year and it should rightfully be called on it but other than shooting the shit on here, as fans, the financial position of the company is really none of the wrestling fans concerns. If it's still an F based purely on the product, as in they have done NOTHING good for a whole year then that's fine but I fail to see how the business side of things has any weight as to what we think of the television product.

Hmm...I'd say D+
Some very good individual moments, some very good and worthwhile matches. But with an overall chaotic structure, bizarre logic and sheer sense of downbeat failure hanging over everything that dragged it down. I watched WCW 2000 at the time, not every single Nitro and Thunder of that year but certainly most of them, and it's a very strong similar vibe with TNA.
It's up to them to make sure they don't have WCW's 2001 this year.

C+
There was some really great stuff this year - a few fun tournaments, EGO, The Bro-Mans, Joseph Park before he wore out his welcome, trying to focus on the X Division a bit. I like that they're trying to make the Knockouts seem important too, and hopefully they bring more KOs back beyond Madison Rayne. And a lot of what wasn't that good at the very least made for some enjoyable TNA thread reading.
Aces & Eights though. I hate big heel factions anymore, as it seems that's all TNA can do as far as company wide angles go. Joseph Park took forever to resolve and it still is going on and it's beyond bad at this point. I didn't really like the mess with AJ either, from his loner biker phase to his sudden change back to Phenomenal AJ Styles to that shitfest last night.
If it weren't for how great EGO was this year I'd probably have the year as a D or D+.

I went for D-. They seemed to lose momentum last year.
I think it's hilarious that 76 votes are in so far and only one vote is above a C+
