Our final two combatants circle each other and lock up. Reigns is surprised when Cesaro matches power with him. This gives Cesaro an opening as he hits Reigns with the Gutwrench Suplex. Cesaro tries to follow with the Giant Swing but Reigns kicks out of it and hits Cesaro with the Spear out of nowhere. Roman roars and throws Cesaro over.
But as he lands Cesaro somehow manages to keep one foot from hitting the floor keeping him in the match. More amazingly, as Reigns celebrates Cesaro pulls himself towards the stairs and uses them to rest his foot on while he pulls himself back up.
As he finally makes it to the ring apron Reigns realizes what's going on and charges. But Cesaro hits him with a surprise European uppercut, then from the apron suplexs Reigns to the floor for the victory.
He has done it. He outlasted 45 men and overcame 3 on 1 odds to be named the winner of the 2013 FAN Breakthrough Battle Royal:
