Anyone else wondering if this might be the start of a build up for a WM match? Make Brock out to be a monster by having him plow over every other super-heavyweight type wrestler on the roster until finally his WM opponent, be it Taker, Cena, or even Batista stand up to him? Classic set up, but personally I actually think I would prefer Batista for it, since that is one match we never did get to see last time they were both in the company, plus it would add some extra drama to Batista's return; Brock gets in the ring with Heyman boasting about what a monster Brock is because he destroyed the biggest and strongest WWE has to offer, then Batista's music hits, Batista walks to the ring and has a nose-to-nose stare down with Brock, then takes a microphone and says something along the lines of "Yeah, you're a real beast Brock. But you've NEVER taken on an animal!" Would be pretty epic, I think.

I like that. I hope they go that way, unless they decide to book it the way I've been hoping since Monday. DB wins the rumble. Orton loses to Cena. HHH is so livid that he puts Brock in the title match at EC. Sure Daniel, you earned your WM Main Event, but it's against Broooooooock LESNAR! Good luck. How cool would that be? Talk about over coming your odds.

Anything that involves Batista as a face sounds horrible to me.

Anything that involves Batista as a face sounds horrible to me. unfortunately i think that's how he's coming back. after all he's got a movie to promote coming up this year. heel's aren;t allowed to promote movies (unless it's a very small part so Sheamus can come out and make fun of you about it)

I think its clear the WWE Universe wants one man to stop him.

In any case, I think with the exception of Taker, which they might as well hold off on, anyone else he gets in there with, he should beat.
His Mania track record shouldn't be 1-3. Hell, if I were booking, I would have kept him undefeated at this point, which would make the idea of him facing the Undertaker MUCH more appealing.
But since they had Trips and Cena go over on the beast, they now have to spend MORE time building him back up.
