In regards to every active title in WWE, who do you want to see next in line? When do you want it to happen? What would the build be like? Also feel free to list the next 2, 3, however many champions if you'd like.
For me:
WWE World Heavyweight Championship:
There are a few different ways they could go with this. I personally want to see John Cena vs. CM Punk at Wrestlemania, though I doubt it'll happen. Just for fun let's say Cena beats Orton at the Rumble, then Punk wins the Rumble. Cena then beats Lesnar at Elimination Chamber and Punk beats Cena at Wrestlemania. (Orton->Cena->Punk)
Another potentially satisfying route would be Bryan winning the Rumble, then finally getting his big win at Mania against Orton. I'd rather see Cena vs. Bryan at Mania but story wise this makes more sense. (Orton->Bryan)
The last one I have is not very likely but just humor me. Let's say Orton retains at the Rumble, then Lesnar beats him at Elimination Chamber. Now we have Lesnar defending the title at Mania, let's say against Bryan since I want him to win the Rumble and I think it'd be a cool match to see. This scenario would have to mean Lesnar has a more open schedule in 2014 and I have no idea what his contract is like but again, this is just for fun. Let's say Lesnar shows up just for the PPVs and has a series of matches over the year dominating all the top challengers. Now a lot of people have talked about Roman Reigns getting the title at Wrestlemania 31 and that is what happens in this scenario. Give Roman Reigns the slow burn that Batista or John Cena (we'll revisit this later) got in 2004-2005. Maybe have Big E. Langston be the Batista to Reigns' Cena or vice versa (as in they are the final two in the 2015 Royal Rumble Match). Reigns wins the Rumble and goes on to beat Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 31 for the World Heavyweight Championship. (Orton->Lesnar->Reigns)
Intercontinental Championship:
Now that the two top titles have been unified, the IC title has a good chance (hopefully) of being elevated again. I think Big E. should have a long reign with the belt, at least semi long. I'm not really sure who beats him for the belt down the line, but I'd like to see this belt turn back into guys who are flirting with the main event or who will likely be World Champ one day. I'll say Bray Wyatt or Antonio Cesaro. (Big E.->Wyatt or Cesaro)
United States Championship:
As is the case with the IC title, the US title has a chance to get elevated too. I have seen two major ideas thrown around for The Shield for Mania: Shield vs. Wyatts with Shield breaking up the next day or The Shield in a Triple Threat for the US title. Let's say the second scenario happens. I really like the idea of Roman Reigns getting the US title and having a good long reign (pun intended) while building prestige to the title and building his career up to the next level. I'm thinking Cena's 04-05 title reign. Roman Reigns should win the 2015 Royal Rumble, then win the WWE WHC at Wrestlemania 31. Who he beats, I'm not sure. It should be a heel though and the Lesnar scenario I mentioned earlier would be pretty cool. I think he goes into the match still as US Champion. Maybe they even go the Hogan/Warrior route and have both titles on the line. Reigns wins and vacates the US title. A tournament is held and the winner is someone fresh out of NXT, maybe Sami Zayn or Adrien Neville but I think they'll be called up in 2014 rather than 2015. (Ambrose->Reigns)
Tag Team Championship
It's ironic that the tag team division is considered one of the most well booked recently. It's ironic because for the past 5 or 10 years it seems like WWE didn't care about the division at all. I'd like to see The Brotherhood lose to The Real Americans, maybe at the Royal Rumble. This could help build to a Cody/Goldust match at Mania. After that the possibilities are endless. The Usos, The Primetime Players, The Wyatt Family and I'm sure other tag teams could have a decent argument for becoming the next champions after The Real Americans. (Brotherhood->Real Americans)
Divas Championship
I think AJ should continue her reign for a while longer. There's really no one on the current roster that's built up enough to beat her. Maybe Tamina if they go the Michaels/Diesel route. Maybe they bring up someone like Emma or Paige and one of them beats her on a random PPV in 2014. (AJ->Tamina, Emma or Paige)
So what do you all think? What scenarios would you like to see happen?
Edit: I was going to post about the Rumble, Money in the Bank and possibly the return of King of the Ring as well. But I'll wait and see what other people think and maybe someone else can touch on these.
