Rumours were they were aiming for the 24th of Febuary.
That's a Monday, so I wonder if they'll hype it up before hand, or if they'll launch it quietly in the day then hype it for the first time on Raw?
It looks like they're serious as the WWE on Demand service on Cable Boxes is ending this month (they had a closing date a year or two ago, but when the network didn't launch they changed their mind)
It seems as though it's going to be like Netflix with wrestling including all past Raws and Smackdowns. I will be signing up on Day one if that is the case as as good as it is watching low bitrate vhs rips I'd rather watch broadcast quality footage.

I'll say this.
If you think their constant shilling of their stupid app was overboard, just wait until the WWE Network is a real thing. It'll be the equivalent of an angry man shoving his dog's face into the dog's piss stain on brand new carpeting.

Chances are, the official announcement is coming in six days. The Consumer Electronics Show is coming up, and WWE sent out invites for a presentation it plans to make on Wednesday.

I really do like the concept of WWE Network so I hope it succeeds, but I'm really not sure how WWE plans to make this work long-term and would be amazed if they actually got a decent amount of cable/satellite providers to sign on for it.

Isn't it going to be only a streaming thing? I.E. it's not an actual network on television or cable of any sort right? That was the latest news I recall.
