God, hopefully it's nothing too serious, though given the heart attack that's probably pretty doubtful. Though then again WWE.com and PWInsider have nothing on this yet so who knows.

I do wish the best to Lawler...
...but after this, I have to say that WWE should at the very least consider taking Lawler permanently off the road.
I'll be really sad if I find out Lawler dies while under WWE contract.

If only because for a lot of people he's, for better or worse, pretty much been the voice of wrestling for the past twenty years.

Unfortunately, especially if you've had a previous heart attack, throwing up and having more chest pains to the degree that you need to revisit the hospital, is a big indicator of coronary artery disease. Even if he's fine today. IF he has coronary artery disease that is.

Dammit, as soon as I clicked this thread, I was hoping that it wouldn't have anything to do with his heart. Sadly, I was wrong.

I wouldn't say they need to take him off the road from just announcing what they need to do is stop letting him wrestle for all these indy promotions in his off time...

They don't let him, he's got it in his contract that he can do it. They cannot stop him from doing it.

That's probably part of it, but there's also just the fact that he has poor eating habits and apparently didn't change them after it happened.

That's probably part of it, but there's also just the fact that he has poor eating habits and apparently didn't change them after it happened. He's been a lifelong fan of Coca Cola as well and it is probably one of the if not the only thing he drinks. Not the healthiest of drinks either which is well known, to add to the food diet. Not to say that I have a Herculean diet/body and I hope I don't come off as a hypocrite, but it looks like judging by one or two photos that he hasn't changed it at all since the heart attack

He also seems to think he doesn't have heart problems. As I recall on the Steve Austin show, he essentially blamed Dolph Ziggler's stiff elbow drops for his heart attack moreso than anything else. He seemed to describe it as a freak accident.

Jerry Lawler is at a point where he knows what he needs to do to improve his health. If he chooses to not make healthy changes and choices in his life, then as sad as it would be to lose the King of Memphis, its ultimately on him.
