Blimey, never seen so many people go all 'bed side vigil' over a sickness bug I get what you're saying, but it's an understandable overreaction(If it is indeed definitely proven to be such) considering the fact that not long ago he nearly died. Whenever somebody's had a heart attack, anything that happens to them that remotely resembles the warning signs of a heart attack will be taken very, very seriously. Nothing wrong with that.

Also on the F4W site, in Alvarez's live audio show from maybe an hour or so ago, he also noted from WWE that Lawler is telling everyone that he's fine and he wants to do the show. It was said it would probably be a last minute decision if he does or not based on the doctors. Alvarez also said many in the company were very worried as he went off the hospital and Vince was apparently emotional.

It's been a pretty brutal winter for various bugs and illnesses all over the country. If he's out there this week or next, I'm sure the doctors cleared him, I believe they would know more about what was ailing him than message board posters.

Lawler announced on the WWE App that he had a stomach bug, which is what caused him to vomit/feel sick.

Never had a stomach bug that caused me chest pain though. I have, it really, really sucks. Seconded. I had a case of food poisoning a couple of years back and threw up so hard I genuinely thought I'd ruptured something in my chest.
