Just for this, Bryan is then made to join 3MB.

Boy gee Vince must have gone soft. In the old days when he hated someone and wanted to get them buried, they be off TV or job to low cards wrestler but now a days they just get the 2nd biggest angle on TV with significant tv time.
Step it the f*** up Vince.

the man you see pictured above has created what could possibly become the most significant thing professional wrestling has ever contributed to the outside world at large. i could not be more proud to be a wrestling fan and i could not name anyone else i'd rather have representing us.

I think it's safe to say that Daniel Bryan has achieved something that rarely happens in any form of competitive sports and professional wrestling. He's become a cultural hero. People can debate all they want that fans just want to get themselves over with his chant. But it seems to be much more intimate than that. When Daniel Bryan, "Yes!", and Flight of the Valykries combines something magical happens for everyone.
Don't be surprised if 25 years later, if there is still a professional wrestling company, Bryan gets the Hogan treatment of a 12-minute long standing ovation with tears streaming down his eyes.

It's things like this that make have faith that maybe, just maybe, they won't screw Bryan over.

This just reinforces my continued disbelief at WWE for not building their shows around him. They have literally nothing to lose, why not keep him at the top of the card for like a year and see how it plays out?

Step it the f*** up Vince. No one is seriously arguing he's hated, or being buried, but merely that this angle he's in is unnecessary and perhaps unhelpful to his development into a much bigger star Also, plenty of shit angles have got significant TV time. Being prominent on WWE programming doesn't mean something is good.

Being prominent on WWE programming doesn't mean something is good. I had a long response but I accidentally clicked refreshed so I lost it:(. Got to shorted this. From reading the 10+ page thread and the numerous other threads, I've gotten this sense of a common notion that there are people who dislike this angle due to them feeling Bryan is above the Wyatt and Bryan is being pushed down the card for this program, which could be a trait of feeling someone is getting buried. As for your second point, I view the amount of TV time a wrestler gets as a measuring stick to see how high the WWE feels about them. So even if the angle isn't everybody's favorite, if the WWE is still pushing the feud as 1 of the most important things every week, then yea that's good. Cena vs Big Johnny was a shit-tier feud but it got a lot of segments/videos to make it feel important. If the Wyatt-Bryan program keeps getting their 2-3 decently length size segments on raw with a nice video package, then I won't worry about Bryan's standing in the company.

It's definitely a demotion. Not quite buried. Not yet anyway.
Perhaps, but WWE's good intentions can be detrimental if the booking of a prominent angle is poor.

Meanwhile in the McMahonsion of Doom
Vince- Paul!!! Get in here!
HHH- Yes Vi-... Ughh Mr. McMahom
Vince- Look at these ruffians using Daniel Bryan's yes chant, don't they understand he's a bad guy now
HHH- Clearly not perhaps we could reinforce it by having a story on the WWE app.
Vince- No, no I don't want that vanilla midget ruining the technological wonder that is the WWE App, no no I've got a better idea first you have Daniel Bryan challenge the Los Matadors..
HHH- Yes that would be a decent match
Vince- Damnit Paul! No interrupting as I was saying you have Daniel Bryan challenge the Los Matadors' mascot to a dance contest!!
HHH- Ok....
Vince- So after the 20 min twerk off we plug the app then cut to Daniel Bryan attempting to cheap shot the bull... But!!! It gores him right in the junk!!!
HHH- Brillance sheer brilliance.
Vince- I'm not done damnit! So Bryan lays there and then Hornswoggle comes out and puts him in the clover leaf, after Bryan starts crying Sheamus comes out and Brogue Kicks him!!!!!! Let's see the fans chant for him after that!
HHH- Right away sir!
Vince- You stupid son of bitch did I not tell you to not interrupt Damnit!!!! Like I was saying after he gets Brogue Kicked and the fans stop chanting that's when we kick into high gear, we dress Bryan as a giant deaf baby and feud him with a face turned Ryback, after that I'm sure things will just work themselves out.....
Vince and HHH laugh evilly
