So, with all the negative energy focusing around The James Gang Voodoo Kin Mafia, I had an idea.
What if there was a wrestler who comes to the ring and claims that all TNA is "A stepping stone to a brighter future." They are there, not to impress the Impact Zone, but the "Big Leagues" even going as far to say that they would be more than willing to throw the World or X Division title into a garbage can. Then one of the complainers (VKM, Team 3D, Rhyno, anyone really...) come to confront the person.
The person laughs them off and calls them "Reject. Washed-up has-beens digging for scraps." setting off a brawl.
If anything, it would turn the "Company up north" into a side story of a feud. A disrespectful wrestler who wants fame and fortune and a veteran with experience battling over pride. Maybe with time, it could move away from "up north" and just be this one wrestler's personal vendetta to destroy TNA as an example of their greatness.
I don't know how well it would work. ECW kind of did things like this and it seemed to be well reacted too. Then again, ECW went broke...
Also, a heel commentator would be nice. Someone to counter act Tenay's venom toward heels.

for some reason, while I agree it would be a good idea, it kinda sounds like a modification of the nWo, only with one person.

I had an idea similar to this, but it would be one of the castoffs begging Vince to take him back. Sort of like how Cactus Jack kep begging Eric Biscoff to forgive him during his heel run in ECW.

the only problem with this idea is that, according to tna, no wrestler wants to work for wwe.

I think that'd be a pretty cool idea. It kinda sounds like what CM Punk did in ROH after he was offered a WWE contract and that was when he was ROH World Champion. Of course, there would be no actual moving to the WWE here, but it could work kayfabe-wise so long as it isn't completely one-sided towards pro-TNA forces.

They could have given this gimmick to Monty Brown since this was pretty much his long term goal.

Or kinda reverse the idea.
And have the next WWE guy who jumps ship to TNA (and there will be more Im sure),
who could actually say that he was sent to TNA by "Vince", to destroy the company himself. Every week he could come out, telling everyone of what "Vince" thinks of the product and what wrestler or title he's been told to go after, he could in fact claim to still be on WWE pay-roll.

That can't happen, thanks to the lawsuit after the nWo formed. Hell, the fact that WCW even hinted that Hall and Nash were working for WWF was enough to get Vince a win in court, which allowed him right of first refusal on the comapny should they ever be up for sale.

the only problem with this idea is that, according to tna, no wrestler wants to work for wwe. Which is why this makes the perfect "crazed" heel. "He MUST be crazy to want to go there!" I'll admit, I had a similar thought about such a gimmick.

for some reason, while I agree it would be a good idea, it kinda sounds like a modification of the nWo, only with one person. Nah. It's more like RVD's role as "Mr. Monday Night" in ECW. Given the right guy this could be an excellent gimmick, IMO.

He could talk about how he's tired of being held down in favor of little guys like Styles, Daniels, etc, and how a certain company up north knows how to use big men like him.

TNA should come up with a Borat gimmick, where the wrestler gets sent to WW and E to learn bookings for benefit of great promotion of TNA. He tries to crash creative meetings and interview Vince and the wrestlers as they arrive to and from the arenas, as well as talking to fans who shoot on WWE's worst ideas.

It's a good idea, but it would lead to a young wrestler losing to BG James and I don't dig that.
