Not just more matches, I mean, because we know we're bound to get that over the next few weeks, but more going on psychologically than Bryan just reverting back to his old self. Lots of talk on here about how Bryan was just waiting for a chance like getting Bray locked in a cage with him, but even then, it took Wyatt goading him and then attacking before Bryan started kicking his ass.
Obviously not a Bryan heel turn (frankly, that was obvious even when this angle started, but that's another topic...), but I've got the feeling there's still supposed to be some insidious Wyatt Family conditioning going on here, and Bray's going to be using their feud over the next month or so to keep subtly shaping Bryan into the perfect tool to bring down the machine.
So, uh, wait and see, guys.

I put in another thread that even if they have Bryan win the Rumble they could still do a Bryan vs Bray blowoff at EC. Have the Chamber match for the Championship or who faces Taker, either way.
They like to have a match that distracts the Rumble winner at EC each year (as they wouldn't really have anything to do otherwise) and a Bryan vs Wyatts blowoff would be perfect.
So yeah character wise I agree I think Bray will still shape his character past Rumble

They'll do Bryan/Wyatt at the Rumble. Bryan won't even be in the Rumble match, let alone win it (he ain't getting near the title picture until summer at the earliest)

It has me wondering if they aren't planning on a THN and Taker v. Wyatt Family match for 30. I know the rumors are Lesnar/Taker but with Taker's health always being in question, this could be an easy to build and work match for him at XXX.

I definitely have my doubts about Bryan winning the Rumble (though he damn well should), but he's going to be in and most likely make it to at least the final three. If not, chances are you're going to have the unique sight of the entire crowd crapping all over the Rumble match.

He could wrestle Wyatt in the opening match AND participate in the Rumble. Hell, make that the stipulation for him to enter the Rumble by having him have to beat Wyatt in a singles match.

I'd love it if Wyatt and Bryan were in the rumble together and Wyatt started acting hesitant and kind of fearful around Bryan.

I'd rather see Bryan face off with the Wyatts in the Rumble itself. Let them dominate and eliminate a few guys before Bryan cleans house and tosses them all. I'd rather someone else who won't be in the rumble get an undercard match. I hate when WWE misappropriates Bryan's talents just to kill time.

I hope this evolves because Bray is talented!

It all depends if Shawn will wrestle at WM. They've been planning it for a while apparently but people close to Shawn say he isn't wrestling. WWE however keeps thinking he will. If Shawn isn't wrestling at Mania rest assured Bryan is doing something else major.
I won't be surprised to see this be an attempt to mostly get rid of the Wyatt feud. We might see them say something to Bryan at the Rumble and then they move onto another target.

I can't help but wonder if they didn't do what they did tonight on RAW because the audience just wasn't into it and they were fearful that Bryan would lose steam. Don't be surprised to see Bryan move on to bigger and better things while the Wyatt's toil away in the midcard from here on in.

The Wyatts should be nowhere near the main event at the moment. They're better off destroying tag teams and shit.

I was thinking the same thing, otherwise I doubt they would have done this with a RAW left to go until the Rumble. I have no doubt there will be much more to this story next week. I'm hoping the fact he didn't smile or wink or do anything silly like that means it wasn't just a ploy to get close to Bray.

They aren't anywhere near Bryan's level. I'm okay with Bray Wyatt himself as a "monster of the month" to keep a top face occupied, but Rowan and Harper are being needlessly over protected to the point where they can't contribute much. I want to see them mixing it up in the tag division.

Bryan didn't actually attack Wyatt until he stopped goading him

Bryan didn't actually attack Wyatt until he stopped goading him Very true, that makes it pretty open and shut. I feel like Bryan's hesitance was designed to milk the suspense, rather than further any kind of story between the two. It didn't make sense that he would hesitate, but it made it much more dramatic and let the reaction grow. I kind of wanted something more complex as well, but since it was short and sweet I think simple worked. If they dragged this out for two months then it ended on "ha ha just kidding", it might have fallen flat. Still, interested to hear Bryan do an interview about this, he may admit a certain respect for Bray. I also want to hear him describe a day in the life of the Wyatt Family.

For example, when Wyatt drops to his knees and basically dares Bryan to attack him, he could have easily been prepared to dodge if Bryan tried to attack him then
