When I check my sent box to see if people have actually read the stuff I send them, it pisses me off to no end when the read it and don't reply. I know it could be because of time differences or because they don't feel like talking, but the mere idea that they've read something I've sent them and just ignored me is annoying as f***.

Or it could be due to people not having time to write a proper response.

Facebook posts on pages where almost every comment is made up of people tagging their friends.

That's why I always hold back if I want a response. If you want more information...you better ask for specifics.

Or it could be due to people not having time to write a proper response. Yea, sometimes it's this. But sometimes this happens and they never respond. It's especially frustrating if you're talking to a potential romantic partner and begin wondering if you said the wrong thing.

This is a massive pet peeve of mine as well. I don't expect a response within a day but if I ask you a question and you're running around liking things and making statuses for the next week when you've read my message and not responded it's really rude and annoys the shit out of me.
It bothers me so much that I will remove people off Facebook who do it to me.
The second biggest pet peeve is those annoying Tumblr girls who take nudes of themselves and eventually get a big head because they think they're famous. THis is usually your most cliche girls with their "I LOVE SUCH AND SUCH" comments on everything.
Also in the same category is skinny nerd guys who take photos of themselves topless and are pink knighted by the nerdy girls who post their nudes on Tumblr. Eventually those guys get big heads and think they're way hot as well when they are not.

I sometimes don't reply to facebook messages right away. Either I get the message just before I go to bed or am about to go out and so leave it until morning/later so I can give a proper reply or, I don't know how to reply to the message straight away. Like, the other day got a message from a fella asking my advice on something, I didn't know how to reply straight away so left it for a few hours whilst I went to work and then replied when I come home. Because I do it, I'm understanding when people don't reply to mine after seeing it Anyway, my biggest internet pet peeve is Windows Network Diagnostic. It's shit. If internet isn't working and you use it to diagnose what's wrong it either tells me a bunch of gibberish that I don't understand and that I'd need to go online to translate or doesn't find an error at all. Thanks for nothing.

Seeing this in half of the things I go to. It adds nothing to the topic and if you don't care then don't post.

TL:DR is my pet peeve. ESPECIALLY on message boards.

Seeing this in half of the things I go to. It adds nothing to the topic and if you don't care then don't post. I also get irritated with this, or "who?" posts. If a thread title is something you don't care about, odds are the thread will be just fine without you. If you don't know who someone is, google them or again, don't post. You don't look cool if you have no idea who someone is, you just kind of look like an ill informed ass who probably also walks into a movie halfway through and starts pestering people to explain it to you. "Who?" is up there with "...." as far as meaningless thread spam goes.

Yeah, people responding to say they don't care about the topic/story is pretty annoying. That and auto-playing videos are probably my two biggest peeves.

I just get burnt out when people all seem to share the same jokes for awhile. It makes everything mix too much together and not seem creative at all.
Cant tell you how many people just put THANK YOU BASED GOD. then post some random video of something.

The worst is when folks either read something then mark it as unread or gleam it's meaning from the write up just so as to not have to react to it.
I say something dumb that you don't feel warrants a response? Fine.
You go the extra mile to try and clean your trail because you don't want to think about what I'll think about what you thought or whatever? Grow up. You are cyber-pathetic.
