Some were good, like the Colbert pistachio commercials, the Terry Crews/Muppets car ad and the Morpheus Opera car ad. The Tebow commercials and the Jaguar villains commercial were good. I liked the Budweiser ones with the returned soldier and the dog getting to stay thanks to the horses

Though the Patriots fans saying they'd have won if they'd been in the SB... uhhh no. Not if the Seahawks played like that. No way would New England have won. It didn't matter who won the Championship Games, the NFC was walking out with the Super Bowl. They're just too damn tough and physical for New England or Denver. In fairness I don't think many Pats fans are saying that. Most say the Pats were fortunate to make it to the AFC Championship game never mind beating Seattle.

Hell, for most of the game I was thinking "thank god this isn't us.."

Yeah, as a Patriots fan, I would want no part of that game. Let Peyton Manning be the one who gets embarrassed on an international stage, not Tom Brady.

The biggest reason I was dreading a Seattle win, stuff like this from my family in Seattle: "SO glad to see OUR HAWKS and Coach Peter beat the Broncos and Eli Manning" f***ing shoot me. Don't forget about Richard Wilson and that other guy, Russell Sherman.

The Colbert and Tebow commercials were great and I liked the Budweiser one with the puppy and the horse. Otherwise, a lot of them were forgettable. Oh and the Muppet commercials too. Liked those a lot.

This was like the early 90's when the NFC was always kicking ass in the SB AFC won last year, BTW. Going into today, AFC and NFC have split last 4 SB's.

@foxsportslive: Peyton Manning: most postseason losses for a QB in NFL history.
@nflcharean: The Broncos have now lost five Super Bowls. Those scores were a combined 206-58.
Malcolm Smith on he and Steve: "I don't think we ever imagined being a pair of Super Bowl-winning brothers."

And just for one last bit of salt to rub in the wounds of Browns fans:
@profootballtalk Report: Dan Quinn "would've been interested" in the Browns' head-coaching position

Most post season losses is a function of having a long career and getting to the playoffs a lot. And, the four other Denver losses were pretty terrible teams that happened to A)be playing in what was an awful conference and B) having the greatest 'screw you guys, I'M winning this game' QB ever, John Elway.

Yeah, but I think what we're going to see going forward is a power shift back to the NFC. NFC is stacked as f***; 49ers, Saints, Seahawks, Cardinals, Panthers, Packers, Bears (maybe). The AFC has the Pats and the Broncos. Unless something major happens and the AFC starts kicking ass all of a sudden, the Lombardi is going to stay in that conference for a while.

Since this IS a wrestling-first forum, might as well ask it;
Seattle is the best heel champ since....

That Turbotax promo commercial hits me as true in both ways... At least the Vikings no longer having the most Super Bowl loses is something.

The shit talking from Chiefs fans about how the Broncos suck and were a joke to represent the AFC is hilarious.
Sorry, I just always find stuff like that funny.

Unless something major happens and the AFC starts kicking ass all of a sudden, the Lombardi is going to stay in that conference for a while. The NFC West was terrible a couple of years ago. Now all those teams are good. Things change fast in the modern NFL. Even the Jags are only a couple of good drafts and some canny free agent signings away from contending. You look at the AFC, you've got the Bengals that are a couple of pieces away, the Colts are pretty good, a couple of good signings plus more miles on the clock for Luck and they're there, Kansas City has a pretty good D and efficient O, a good base to build on. Even the Chargers look good wen they're up for a game. On the flipside of the coin, Wilson blows out his ACL, Kaepernick has a terrible season as all the teams in the NFL work out how to stop him, Cam Newton regresses... It doesn't take much for a team to fall back into that 8-8 zone.
