So TNA Impact finally gets a PrimeTime slot, what will happen to the ratings? Not change at all, go up a little, go up a lot? Any thoughts?

Not going up isn't an option for them, basically.
But they should be confident of a ratings boost; 11pm is a terrible time for a show you want to have mass appeal, and very few cable shows can work around it (aside from The Daily Show and Colbert Report). Simply moving to 9pm really increases their audience automatically, and it should show.
I'm predicting 1.5's in the very near future, and maybe 2.0's by next summer.

I'm thinking it'll be around a 1.2-1.3 at the most, they just need to work on promoting it more, get their names out on various public places (subways, billboards) like WWE does.

Well, the last time they had a special (can't remember if it was primetime or not though, methinks it wasn't) there was no spike at all in ratings. However I really hope they do jump up, as it looks like an awesome show and could win them a few new fans. Plus you know Angle-Abyss is gonna be brilliant.

1.0--1.5. By next summer, maybe by February, they should be up to 2.0.

It'll be a jump, but it won't be a drastic jump. Probaly 1.1-1.3 at the most. Once it starts to catch on the ratings will steadily improve.

I think they'll do a 1.5 or maybe a 2.0 if they're really lucky. I don't see TNA going head-to-head with WWE for a LONG time though. ROH seems like the most capable of going up against WWE in the future, the distant future that is.

Tonight I'd look for a 1.1-1.2.
After 6 or so monthes rise to a 1.5 constantly and then start shooting for a 2 after a year.

They won't rise much at first, but hopefully if they keep on the right path, we can see some ratings near the 2.0 mark sometime late next year.

Damn, only now do I see Prime Time as one word, and miss the chance to make an Elix Skipper joke.

I'll say a 1.3-1.5
Having it 2 hours earlier should help out.

.89 Something in my gut is tellin me Primetime, will backfire (not hateing on TNA, but I think this is going to end badly) I'm not sure where you're getting that logic from; the show is automatically moving into a timeslot where there are many, many more available viewers, yet it'll stay at the same rating? That's pushing it, I think. A 1.2 for tonight is entirely feasible.

I would not expect a meteoric rise here. Now that it's been established for about and over a year, I have every reason to believe that it'll actually climb up to and above a 1.

I'm hoping for a steady ratings rise now. It'll be a shame if they don't get it.
