In terms of ring style, like Samoa Joe for instance when he just casually strolls out of the way of a diving move, I always find stuff like that hilarious, or when Hailey Hatred just shrugs off a dropkick and has the most punchable grin on her face ever, something about bigger wrestlers just being dicks to their opponents while still never going into the territory of no-selling is great, I mean just because Joe strolls away from you when you dive at him doesn't mean he won't sell for you if you know what I mean.
What's your views on that type of character?

I'd like the see the opponents of guys who pull stuff like that just snap and beat them unmercifully.

No-selling should never happen unless Hulk Hogan is doing it. Ever. Seriously.

I love Joe's walk away from corner dives. Unique and makes sense, you know what is coming and can avoid it, so do it. Never seen that Hailey Hatred stuff so cannot talk on that.

My favourite instance of this by for was a small while ago against RVD (I think) when he dodged it, then leaned on the ropes and looked into the camera with the most fed up look ever on his face. I figured it showed how he felt about the company.

Since some people have no clue what is actually being talked about and want to whine on about no selling. it is just a normal spot : imgur.com/r/ProWrestlingGIFs/09sDLAround 4:05

Maybe his opponents are okay with it, this fan isn't and I think at some point it should be written to bite him

It's not like he absorbs the move but just doesn't sell it, he just moves out of the way. It makes him look like a badass, gives the crowd a bit of a laugh and it doesn't hurt how the casuals look at the other wrestler. I mean, I've never heard anyone shit talking RVD because of that spot. Seems like a weird complaint to me but each to their own I guess.

I wish more wrestlers did their homework on their opponents. This way we wouldn't see every wrestler in the WWE attempt a wild punch after Cena gives you a couple shoulder tackles. It's damn insulting.

Joe is really good at applying common sense to wrestling. You see a dude diving towards you? Just move the f*** out of the way! Another spot I love is how he always transitions that power-bomb he does into a STF the second the guy kicks out. Again, it makes perfect sense. The dude can only kick out a certain way so be ready for it.

I agree that we need more people dodging signature moves like Cena's 5 moves. I remember when Punk booted him in the head when he went for the 5KS, I marked so hard. I shouldn't be marking that hard for common sense! Or when I think it was Bryan got a Small Package out of it, that was awesome. Orton's old Clothesline-Clothesline-duck-powerslam combo used to annoy me. He's just clotheslined you twice, stay down! Either that, or kick him in the face rather than running at him.

I've always loved when Kevin Steen did it to Nigel's jawbreaker clothesline -

I've always loved when Kevin Steen did it to Nigel's jawbreaker clothesline - it's just visceral for me. I don't know the story to the match, I don't know the history or their roles, I think the move he's mocking looks stupid, but I still want to see him tied up in the ropes and beaten bloody

In fact, I think wrestling needs more spots like that. I'm guessing that was an ROH World Title match. That doesn't indicate that Steen doesn't care, it shows the exact opposite. He studied the champion so well he knew exactly when he was going for his finisher just based off his movements. Fight smart, not hard.
