Who do you feel were unjustly released/let go or WWE should have done more to try and get them to stay after they asked to be released from their contract, during their time in developmental? A man I feel fits into that last category.... An incredible in ring talent, with charisma to boot who asked for his release due to Bill DeMott. He has gone on to become an indy standout and one of the best Gaijin talents in all of Japan.

I'm torn on this. "Derrick Bateman" was a good enough persona and should've been given a real chance on the main roster. But if he hadn't been released, we wouldn't have Ethan Carter III. "Derrick Bateman" would just be another comedy low carder and his star potential would never be realized.

Alex Kozlov was the only time I've been annoyed by a release, but I think he himself asked for it, so I can't grumble too much.

Percy Watson Hade Vansen (at least give him a real shot first, WWE) Dean Visk (the "scream at the top of his lungs, always" gimmick was awesome) Count Franklin Furter

Why not? He was terrible. Good look, good build, serviceable in the ring. He's a 2nd generation wrestler, but they barely (if ever) acknowledged it, so it would've been easy for him to break out of his father's shadow. And even if he wasn't that good, he would've been decent enough as a low card jobber who could put over the other low card jobbers and boost them up a bit.

You sure this isn't just because he was a Miz clone?

You sure this isn't just because he was a Miz clone? That too. Jake is the hottie that Miz would be (though he's still sexy) if he wasn't so dorky and awkward looking. But I do think Jake had some slight upside.

He looked like a out of shape Miz and never showed any improvement in the matches I saw. They can take the money they were paying him and easily find someone better to spend it on. It's not youth soccer. They don't have an obligation to let the shitty kids play.
