Not things like "There were 2 Warriors/Kanes/Undertakers/Etc" but theories you had based on how things were going on TV that never came true.
In early 1992 after Shawn Michaels turned heel, I noticed that Bobby Heenan would constantly put him over on commentary to the point where I felt he was doing it just as much as he was with Flair. I assumed this was some sort of hint that eventually Heenan was going to start advising Michaels the same way he was doing with Flair and Mr. Perfect would manage him as well. Obviously none of this ever happened.

Obviously none of this ever happened. I was the same. I was sure Michaels would be managed by Heenan/Perfect. I actually thought that this would lead to Perfect's in ring return, a face turn, & a feud with Michaels. I also though IRS would audit the Million Dollar Man, leading to a feud between the two, & a face turn by DiBiase.

I was reasonably sure that there'd be some paternity test where it turned out Paul Bearer was not Kane's father and that his story of nailing Undertaker's mother was a lie designed to torment him. Since that didn't happen, I guess it's just accepted canon that Mrs. Taker really was a "two-bit whore."

When the Young Stallions "stole" Jimmy Hart's "Crank It Up" from Piledriver and he complained, I thought they would eventually turn bad and take him on as their manager

I also thought this was pretty much a given, and that like the fake Undertaker, Kane would not last past that angle.

Slipped my mind, but that made perfect sense to me too.

Paul Bearer isn't Kane's father. Vince never bothered to have the actual test done because, well, those things are expensive and he has a company to run. So he faked the results in a way that he figured would be the best way to screw with the Undertaker and get control of Kane.
This would've been an awesome reveal during the whole "Who's Vince's secret child?" angle. Coach brings in Kane, says he may be the kid - Kane: That's impossible, you already did a DNA test years ago that proved that Paul Bearer is my biological father. Vince: Yeah, about that, funny story...

I thought Sapphire's secret admirer in 1990 would end up being Virgil, leading to his face turn 5 months early. On the same note, I thought the mystery partner on the Million Dollar Team would end up being Dustin.

Just thought of a huge one. Right after she debuted, I was certain that Chyna was going to be revealed as Helmsley's sister. I think I caught a bit in a newsletter somewhere that speculated that. It was funny because their relationship from that point on felt incestuous to me, even though there was no legit reason for it to be.

I thought that Sensational Sherri was coming out during Rick Martel's matches because she was his sister. Shawn would be jealous for no reason and they would possibly team up.

I thought it would be revealed that Jack Tunney was on DiBiase's payroll.
