How good was WWE in 2012? I really can't remember what happened that year which is weird and disturbing but that was the last good year TNA had. They had a solid start to year up until the build-up to Lockdown, which was great, then Lockdown as a show kind of sucked but the next few months (starting with the build-up to Sacrifice which was fun, and ending with Hardcore Justice because after that the shows took a bit of a nosedive quality wise). The rest of the year wasn't as good but it was far from awful. So that was TNA's last good year, if WWE were good that year then there's my answer.

Hmm lets see they had Lesnar vs. Punk A lot of great Shield matches Goldusts return along with his match with Orton and his tag team with Cody The rise of Daniel Bryan And pretty much the best roster since the 2001

This best years were before spike and ended after joes first defeat. They were An alternative. Wwe was f***ing terrible from 07 to 09 if not for edge punk and ECW I would have quit all together.

Goldust didn't come back until 2013. Daniel Bryan didn't rise until 2013. And the year originally cited was 2012, because TNA sucked in 2013. WWE in 2012 did have Lesnar/Punk, though, so you're uh... you're right about that one.

WWE started getting really good for me in 2010. TNA hit the shitter for me personally at that point.
Likewise, WWE was horrible with the forcing of Cena down our throats in 2005-2006, a period where TNA singlehandedly rekindled my love for wrestling.

Never
WWE has never been great. Passable at best in 2003-2004. WWF on the other hand was last "great" in 2000, before they won the wrestling war.
TNA has always been a mess. Good at points, but never great.

It's funny when people write that TNA was awesome in 08-09 because everyone bitched about TNA back then. I remember it quite well with people hating on it for being a haven for ex WWE guys and how they never pushed their young guys.
I remember many a post on another board I visited about how Mick Foley sucked or Sting sucked and they both needed to be fired. Jeff Jarrett sucks and needs to leave etc etc
The last year I remember of the IWC actually being in favor of TNA was late 06 or early 2007. The IWC loved WWE in 2005-2006 as well so you're looking at about 8-9 years since most people agreed.
My opinion? I don't watch WWE so I'm going with 2006. Smackdown was great in 2006 and Impact was "What the hell are they going to do next?! I need to tune in!"
