A local company's show I went to had a really douchey hardcore part of crowd who seem to think they are the attraction, not the wrestlers
Kinda like the Impact Zone in the past (I don't watch so can't speak for the current crowd) without the presence of TV cameras
Nothing they do in particular to be honest, just really obnoxious to the point where I stopped going because I couldn't stand to be around them.........or near them.........or want to be associated with them in anyway

I went to a show during one of the Cena-Punk programs, and I was sitting next to this kid who was there with his father. Kid was wearing a Cena shirt, and I was wearing a Punk shirt. I noticed how excited he'd get whenever Cena was mentioned or was around, but his dad would quiet him whenever he'd start yelling for Cena. So at one point, I just nudged him and said chanted CM PUNK! And then he went on with Let's go Cena! We went back and forth like that, until his father leaned over him - looked me dead in the eye and said "HE'S JUST A KID!!! LEAVE HIM ALONE!" Didn't know what I did This Dad clearly doesn't REALLY get wrestling. I bet that kid was having a ball. Forgot my answer. Told a fan I didn't like The Honky Tonk Man much and didn't care he was showing up at our local indy. His response was "Dude, the guy's given everything for this business." Hearing a person say "This business" in real life like he was a wrestler stunned me. I think I literally just turned and walked away without another word.

ROH show in Phoenix during WM26 weekend. Had 2nd row seats, and the kid sitting behind us kept yelling "FAKE!" and "WEAK!" at every damn move being performed in the ring. Surprised nobody knocked him out.

I once sat next to 2 clowns who chanted "Give him the sidewalk slam" about 10 times during every match at a WWE house show. Well did someone finally grant these guy's wish?! All they wanted to see was a sidewalk slam. Nope never happened.

If so, that's what I came to post and the exact same reason I stopped going to their shows... that and the questionable booking... and constant late finishes.

My best friend was probably the worst/best fan I've ever sat next to at a show. So let me explain the situation, it was a house show on a Saturday night and my friend and I were heavily drinking because the 49ers beat the Saints in the playoffs earlier in the day. We were pretty much plastered after celebrating the big win by the time we get to the arena.
This was right when Brodus Clay newly debuted the dancing gimmick and my friend thought it was the best thing ever, during his entrance and celebration after winning, my friend stands up and dances the most horrible white man dance until the music stops. A guy with his kids was right behind us and tells my friend to sit the f*** down. Upon hearing this my buddy turns around and accidentally spills his beer all over the people behind us.We apologize and somehow don't get escorted out.
During the main event is when my friend's drunkenness peaks. CM Punk and Ziggler are wrestling a great match and out of nowhere my friend starts yelling "Toss my salad" at the top of his lungs. It got so bad another person that I was with had to leave her seat due to embarrassment and uncontrollable laughter. My other buddy and I decided enough was enough and we carried my best friend up the stairs and out of the arena while practically pissing ourselves with laughter.
I still feel horrible for the people in our section that night, but I always look back at that experience as a fond memory.

...did anyone come into this thread thinking they'd see themselves mentioned? Just checking. My first and thus far only wrestling show was the Ozzy and Sharon RAW in Worcester back during the Guest Host era. My dad was with me, he bought the tickets despite not being a wrestling fan just as a nice thing to do for me. When they were taping a Superstars Match between Jack Swagger and Primo I got a little TOOOOO into the whole "get into the show, boo the heels and cheer the faces" thing and shouted really loud in a raspy harsh voice " YOU SUCK SWAGGER". My dad was a bit taken aback* by that and I realize now that was probably a bit over the top since noone else at least in my section did anything like that. So yeah, in that instance I was probably the annoying fan, even though it was only thing I like that I did all night. I'm gonna describe the rest of the experience under a spoiler just for fun. {Spoiler}
Rest of the show was fun. That was when Kofi was getting chants all the time so it was great to chant for my favorite wrestler. The girl next to me and I both were huge Y2J fans so we tried to start a dueling chant during the Cena/Jericho/Big Show triple threat main event. They were chanting "Lets go Cena" and then clapping and me and her and a few other people in my section got a little "Y - 2 - J" going during the clapping. Other than that I basically cheered the faces and booed the heels and tried to be into it as possible. My policy at the time was actually "I cheer every face and boo every heel, the only exception for me is Jericho". I dont know why that was my exception at the time. My mind is weird. I remember even cheered for DX, who I was SUPPOSED to hate. But damn they were just so over that it was infectious. I preferred to just get into the show.
My section was a hoot. I already mentioned the girl next to me being a huge Jericho mark. There was this small family in front of me, a dad bringing his kids to the show. I think there were three of them. The dad was like randomly a massive Big Show mark which was funny. His oldest son was really into it. He was kind of a stereotypical smark booing all the faces and cheering all the heels. But man he was like 15 and so into the whole experience and also I think kind of mentally challenges so that wasnt too annoying. Plus it was kind of funny seeing him wait to see how the crowd reacted to certain wrestlers before making his own reaction. Obviously he HATED Cena. But he was kind of confused when we started that whole dueling chant thing. He couldn't root for his dad's favorite (Big Show). He couldn't root for Cena, and me and the girl and some other people rooting for Jericho threw him off a bit if I remember right. Oh and the youngest of the kids was a boy with this absolutely HILARIOUS Chris Masters obsession. Kids are funny like that, I love when they randomly latch on to random undercard dudes in a big way.
God I can't believe this was FIVE years ago. I feel old. I was 20 then and still pretty new to wrestling. I can't even picture it that well anymore which is kind of sad. Maybe I should rewatch that RAW and see if it jogs any other memories. I always meant to watch that episode of Superstars to hear if I could hear myself shout that at Swagger. I was pretty high up in the stands but the crowd was pretty silent for that part...
*Might have had something to do with my dad kind of randomly liking Swagger. That was funny. He also HATED The Miz. Those were the only two wrestlers he had a real reaction to.

I was up in the rafters at a house show with a friend and there were a couple of other kids and a guy that was out of his mind drunk, he kept yelling and it was annoying as hell, but after awhile it stopped and I turned to see he wasn't there. I never saw him leave or ushered out either. Hmmm.... When you're on Sting's territory, you better behave yourself or there will be consequences.

There's this guy who shall remain nameless who went to certain indy shows in my area. My friend and I got to be friends with him for maybe less than a month before he showed his true colors. Basically he looks like a midget Frankenstein who dresses like he came out of Hot Topic, and whose only comeback to anything is, "You think you're so cool?" When he is not going to shows, he goes online and makes misogynist posts and thinks he can cut promos on other fans and wrestlers. /Not that the wrestlers he likes are any great shakes. I got stories, BTW. And speaking of which, there's two certain "signgirls" who came from the same cesspool said other fan came from. They just think they're hot stuff and that their crap doesn't stink.

No specifics to cite, but I loathe chantsters.
Not fans that will chant when given what they deem to be an appropriate oppurtunity, people where that is their gimmick as a fan.
The ones that are certain their next one-two-three or one-two-three-four is destined to get so over that it will have no choice but to become a fixture of wrestling for years to come and likely be inducted into the hall of fame.
Sit down. Shut up.

At an ROH show that I went to a few years back, I had some asshole sitting to my right shouting out racist comments to Human Tornado. And to my left, I had two black guys that I was afraid was gonna kick that guy's ass and take me out in the process.

This big sweaty fat guy at a show I went to was pissed in both senses of the word.
Sweet T vs Swagger was met with vicious boos. AJ vs Kaitlyn was silent, but then..
Then Kane and Daniel Bryan hugged it out.
"THIS IS GAY!!"
"KANE'S A HOMO!"
and my personal favorite, this slobbering mess shouting so much that his voice nearly broke: "f*** HIM IN THE ASS!!"

In 2010, there was a house show that I bought row three seats for. So fans were pretty standard, run of the mill chants and stuff, until the Usos and Tamina came out for a tag match. She was standing in front of our section through most of the match, and there was this probably ten year old kid in the first row just not letting up on her and the Usos, yelling insults at them and all kinds of things through the entire start of the match, it was hard to concentrate on anything but him. All of a sudden, Tamina spins around and just death glares this kid down, he slunk back and didn't say another word until she was gone. The rest of us in the section had to laugh.

At ICW Fear and Loathing last October, there was this one guy who was already drunk before the opening bell and proceeded to sway about and try and grope people, regardless of gender. He eventually got escorted out but not before pleading he had done nothing wrong.

Most of them. If I enjoy myself at a show, it's usually in spite of the other people in the crowd.

Once had a guy near me try to get every wrestler's attention by constantly yelling the wrestler's real first name. The whole show. 20 rows back, no one can hear you.

Most of the times the crowds at wrestling shows have been great but a few times there have been twats who feel the need to shout derogatory/sexist chants towards female wrestlers which makes things awkward if you are with your missus there.
A few years ago I was trying to get my missus into wrestling so I took her to a local show but there were some morons who kept on yelling show us tits whenever a female wrestler or valet entered the ring. This kept on going until the ring announcer addressed them personally over the mic, telling them if they didn't shut up they would be thrown out.
Also people who try get themselves over with annoying smarky chants gets old fast.
