Did Jeff Jarrett ever wrestle Hogan? The only match I can think of is that Bash at the Beach debacle where Hogan laid down. They were never in the WWE at the same time in the 90's and I don't think Jarrett was wrestling in TNA when Hogan was there.

There were a couple of tag matches in 2000 where they wrestled. Then of course there was Bash At The Beach 00
Apart from that they were meant to wrestle on a TNA Pay Per View in 2004 but Hogan got hurt so they never went through with it.

Wasn't the lead-up to this Jarrett smashing a guitar over Hogan's head during a New Japan show? I remember reading somewhere that this happened but nothing seemed to come of it.

Yeah Hogan was wrestling for New Japan and Jarrett smashed the Guitar over Hogan's head. This was meant to be the start of a feud where we'd see Hogan Vs Jarrett at the first Bound For Glory which was meant to happen at 2004. They even started the feud by having Jeff Jarrett start a feud with Jimmy Hart which resulted in Jarrett beating some of Hulks friends but Hulk pulled out at the last minute due to "injury" and TNA never secured Hulk legally so there was nothing they could do which is a shame.
