Mania should be the wrestling Christmas. The culmination of the previous year's storylines. Where stars are made, cemented, are reborn or bow out.

I'd settle for actually having more than 1 good match. Wrestlemania for at least the last 7 years has been pretty awful. WrestleMania 28 was awful? Are you sure?

I expect the following nights Raw to be hilarious.

Nothing that would be worth the price tag attached to this show. Just the few matches that are rumored tell me it's not going to be worth it already. Batista challenging Orton, Cena Vs. Wyatt and Bryan Vs. Triple H...I already don't have high hopes for this.

I've seen the past few 'Manias, and I've come to expect this:
-Endless hype videos -Really, uncomfortably bad backstage comedy segments -A good Undertaker match -A wretched main event
You'll have to excuse that last one: the main events I've seen have been Cena vs. Miz and the two Cena vs. Rock matches, so my perception is pretty biased.
Even as a kid, Wrestlemania was almost never my favorite show of the year; that's only gotten worse with time.

A decent card that will just be unable to compare to the accumulated history of previous years.

The right people going over. TRIPLE H HAS DEFENDED THE WWE'S HONOR AND PRIDE AGAINST THAT UNGRATEFUL LITTLE GOAT-TROLL, DANIEL BRYAN! THE NEW AGE OUTLAWS SUCCESSFULLY RETAINED THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS AGAINST THOSE COWARDLY SHORTCUT-TAKING UPSTARTS, THE USOS! AND THE NEEEEEEEEEEEW WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, BATISTA!!!!!!...............hey, you know you're all expecting it as much as I am.

The season finale for the previous year of WWE television.
Whether the matches are good, bad, or otherwise is icing on the cake (I'd prefer a great show, of course), but more important than the quality is- Years after that Wrestlemania, you should be able to merely watch Wrestlemania and basically get a good overview of what the previous year of WWE was like. This is the real reason that too many part-timers/legends spoils the show: Of eight matches on the card, only two matches: Shield vs. Show/Sheamus/Orton and Ryback/Henry) were contested between opponent who were both not either part-time (Rock, Taker HHH/Lesnar, Jericho), debuting (Fandango, Langston), or were re-introduced so close to Mania they basically were (Swagger)...not exactly a "season finale."
