Here's your question: Which of these guys is your favorite? These guys are essentially comprised of the Frat Pack and Judd Apatow crew and tend to appear in each others' films on a regular basis. They also have a few TV shows linking them, mainly The Office and Parks and Rec. So of all these guys, who is your favorite?

James C. Reilly for his serious work like Boogie Nights and Chicago (he actually has one of the better song sequences imo). I also like Owen Wilson and I think Jason Segel is fantastic.

Eastbound and Down alone puts Danny McBride at the top of the list for me

John C. Reilly
I generally detest most of the others on that list.

John C Reilly, James Franco and Steve Carell for me. I loathe most of the others. Although Jonah Hill surprised me in Wolf of Wall Street.

Jack Black, Will Ferrell, Seth Rogen, Ben Stiller depending on what role he takes, Johan Hill, James Franco, John C. Reilly, and Jay Baruchel just based on How To Train Your Dragon.

I considered including actresses who are part of this gang. They would've included girls like Leslie Mann, Kristin Wiig, Rashida Jones, etc.

I don't think I've ever heard a bad opinion about Jason Segel. I would have said Jack Black but he has done his fair share of rubbish in recent years.

John C. Reilly, absolutely. Walk Hard is one of my favourite films, and he is legitimately a great actor outside of comedy.

John C. Reilly, but that's mostly for his work with Paul Thomas Anderson.

My 3 picks were Paul Rudd, Owen Wilson, and Steve Carell.
Paul Rudd for Wet Hot American Summer, Clueless, 40 Year Old Virgin, Role Model, I Love You Man.
Owen Wilson for Bottle Rocket, Zoolander, Royal Tennenbaums, Wedding Crashers, Darjeeling Limited.
I really like John C. Reilly but I haven't seen much of his work, only Walk Hard and Talladega Nights, he's excellent in those.
I like Michael Cera for Youth in Revolt, Scott Pilgrim, and Superbad, he does a one note character but I enjoy that character in those movies.
Carell is my favorite of that bunch, mostly due to Michael Scott but in general I've always found him a fantastic comedic actor that pulls off the dramatic thing very well.

Will Ferrell for Elf and Stranger than Fiction, with Ben Stiller in second for Zoolander and Walter Mitty.
Admittedly, I haven't seen a lot of the movies that most of these guys are in, so I can't judge most of them.

That's like the weakest gang ever. Ice Cube doing kids movies has 10 times the street cred of everyone else combined.

1. Steve Carrell 2. Will Ferrell 3. John C. Reilly (just for Walk Hard alone)
