What if men made zero attempt to get dates/relationships. Let the women's desire take center stage.
Also, men that are in relationships, what if they made no attempt to initiate sex, sex would only happen if the woman requested it.
A website called herway.com actually attempted this concept, not sure how successful it is/was.
This might be the ultimate solution to all this PUA/"Nice Guy" crap. It might work better if she's the one looking for your number, it's often creepy for you to try to get hers.

Women hit on men all the time...Most girls sadly are just a bit too subtle about it, so the guy in question tends to miss it lol.
Initiating sex? I had an ex who literally took my hand an put it down her pants.
I actually think things are moving in that direction anyway. Women are still adjusting to equality, and there are loads of stereotype's about girls that are outdated.

I normally don't make any attempt with women anyways.
I've had several women make weird little attempts, and a lot of the time, it's kind of awkward since I've always been kind of turned off by women who like me. I like the chase I guess.
It was very awkward a few months ago when a girl I worked with (I'm her boss), left me a note about how attracted she was to me, and I completely and totally never brought it up and acted like I never read it. Ugh.

It's true - women have a switch on the back that can be swapped between "NOT INTERESTED IN SEX" and "INTERESTED IN SEX". It's under the bra strap so it's hard to get to.
In all seriousness - oh my god man. Please get outside some more and talk to real women.

There are plenty of women who are direct about what they'd like.
Unfortunately, generations of social conditioning ("women should be virginal", "women should be demure", "a proper lady doesn't make waves", all that crap) have led us to a place where they're still not expected to be direct, and thus you often have men who are oblivious to signs of attraction, or potential social consequences for women who will be slut shamed for simply voicing interest in a guy they find attractive.
Plus, there's plenty of ways for men to talk to, meet, flirt, or physically initiate contact with women that don't involve being creepy. That's for each individual to learn.

Even then, men may be over-spamming the romantic airwaves by doing the majority of the flirting/initiating. The women's signals barely get through, even though they're there. Yeah, I won't even bother with a girl unless she has the hutzpah to at least try to make some kind of first move.
Its been my experience that girls who won't make the first move, generally end up expecting you to make the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on.
But there are still plenty of women who are too scared to even try to hit on a guy and/or legitimately don't know how to do it.
