As mentioned in another thread, the Hogan tribute on the end of the Quake/Hogan video deletes the footage of Hogan on Carson, the MDA telethon, Rocky 3, and a clip from the Headlock on my Heart video by Dolly Parton.

Was this video on Summerslam 90 or on a SNME? It's at the end of the Earthquake squashing Hogan segment on the Nothing To Lose collection. The video also airs on the July 1990 SNME and AFAIK does include the deleted clips (at least right now).

Not sure if this is an edit or not, but at the end of the DDP/Eddie match at Halloween Havoc 96 there is no commentary, just crowd noise and ddp's dubbed theme playing. Was this the case for the original show?

Not sure if this is an edit or not, but at the end of the DDP/Eddie match at Halloween Havoc 95 there is no commentary, just crowd noise and ddp's dubbed theme playing. Was this the case for the original show? They probably couldn't save the commentary when they added in the replacement music. It also happens on Starrcade 1996 during's Page's entrance.

i skimmed through the 4/1/11 smackdown that was leading to Wrestlemania 27. its heavily edited since the run time is 1 hour 18 min. they dubbed over johnny cash when they showed a hhh/undertaker/shawn michaels segment that aired on that weeks raw go home. they edited out a clip announcing that keri hilson would perform america the beautiful. they also edited out a clip showing the miz on conan. they also edited out a clip showing chris jericho on dancing with the stars. this one was weird because on the original airing josh mathews was setting up the clip after a rey mysterio and cody rhodes face off talking about jericho and on the network theres silence in that part while the faxce off is going on and it switches to a graphic for the upcoming segment after break

Okay a ton of edits on The Wrestling Classic. Really lame that they used the Classics on Demand version.
1. Opening Video Montage is revoiced by Howard Finkel over generic music. The original is done with a different announcer over the Huey Lewis & The News song "Back In Time" 2. 12 Seconds of Okerlund introducing Jack Tunney is removed. No idea why they removed this portion of the interview 3. Junkyard Dog comes out to "Grab Them Cakes" instead of "Another One Bites The Dust" for his match with Iron Sheik. Commentary is removed and fake crowd noise is dubbed in. 4. Junkyard Dog leaves the ring after his victory over Iron Sheik to the song "Another One Bites The Dust", this is removed along with the instant replay. 5. No idea why they got rid of the transition effect at the end of the Orton match instead it just fades into the Vince McMahon with Lord Alfred Hayes segment. 6. Terry Funk interrupts the McMahon alfred Hayes segment and the word "WWF" gets bleeped a few times. 7. When Vince McMahon goes over the 2nd round matches, the audio is muted when McMahon announces JYD's opponent (Moondog Spot). Not sure why they muted the audio. 8. Junkyard Dog comes out to "Grab Them Cakes" instead of "Another one Bites The Dust" for his match against the Moondog. Commentary is removed and fake crowd noise dubbed in 9. Junkyard Dog leaving the ring to "Another One Bites" The Dust is removed after the Moondog match. 10. After the JYD vs Moondog match Okerlund interviews Bobby Heenan. On the Network version they fade into the middle of the interview. This is obviously because the word "WWF" is said a few times. 40 seconds of this Heenan interview is missing. 11. "Eye of the Tiger" is replaced with "Real American" during Hulk Hogan's entrance. Commentary is removed and fake crowd noise dubbed in 12. After the Hulk Hogan vs Roddy Piper match on the Network version they show 13 seconds of Hogan and Mr. Wonderful posing with "Real American" dubbed in. On the PPV version there's actually 2 minutes and 30 seconds of Hogan and Orndorf celebrating and posing to "Eye of the Tiger" on the original. The replay is edited out as well as "Eye of the Tiger" is playing in the background. 13. The interview that Mean Gene does with Hulk Hogan and Mr. Wonderful ends 16 seconds earlier than on the PPV version because Hulk Hogan says the word "WWF" so they edit the last 16 seconds of Hogan's interview out on the Network version. 14. Junkyard Dog comes out to "Grab Them Cakes" Instead of "Another One Bites The Dust". Commentary is removed and Fake crowd noise dubbed in 15. 1 minute and 45 seconds of Junkyard Dog's post match celebration is edited off as well as the instant replay because the song "Another One Bites The Dust" is playing.

The fan run-in during the Cena/Michaels match at WM23 is cut, of course (as is the shot of Michaels waving goodbye to him).

During the screwdriver spot in the Hardy/Orton Match at 2018 HIAC, they now cut to a wide shot and crowd reactions when he twists the screwdriver around twice.

Which is weird, because the unedited clip is on their YouTube.

was skimming through the first episode of main event from 2012. during a sheamus video package they took out clips of him appearing on Conan and G4's E3 coverage. after they show him winning at mania 28 the network version just cuts to footage of sheamus doing a m&g and fans being interviewed instead of his tv clips

On Thunder 04 (Jan. 29, 1998), the Steiners' entrance for the main event seems to be missing. The show goes from Chris Benoit heading up the aisle to a commercial break, and when it resumes, Kevin Nash and Konnan enter with the Steiners already in the ring.

Global Warning 2002 was just added. It's 2 hours. Wasn't the original 3 hours? At the stadium, yes, but I don't believe the show aired live and in full anywhere. When the DVD was released, it omitted 3 matches, and that's the version on the Network.

I've seen like 3 different versions online and they all must be from the dvd since all those versions have his theme dubbed over. Was anything else edited off the dvd version?

The matches in bold were not included on the DVD and aren't on the Network, either. I believe Cole and Tazz did their commentary later at the WWE studio, so they likely only called the matches that made the cut. Global Warning Tour (Smackdown!) - Melbourne, Australia - Colonial Stadium - August 10, 2002 (56,000) Featured Michael Cole & Tazz on commentary; included an opening in-ring introduction by Stephanie McMahon; featured footage of WWE Cruiserweight Champion Jamie Noble and Nidia surfing; included footage of Kurt Angle, WWE Tag Team Champions Lance Storm & Christian visiting the Melbourne Zoo; featured footage of Edge, Billy Kidman, and Torrie Wilson sight seeing in Melbourne; included footage from the Fan Frenzy event held the previous day, with comments from Stacy Keibler, Mark Henry, Edge, and Brock Lesnar; featured footage from the previous night's charity dinner; Tenille Dashwood (Emma) was in attendance for the show: Rikishi pinned Rico in a Kiss My Ass match at 2:32 with a Samoan Drop after avoiding a moonsault; after the bout, Rikishi hit a side kick to the face before giving Rico the Stinkface; moments later, Rikishi danced in the ring with two young fans Mark Henry & Randy Orton defeated D-Von Dudley & Batista when Henry pinned D-Von with a powerslam at 7:00
WWE Cruiserweight Champion Jamie Noble (w/ Nidia) pinned the Hurricane at 8:45 with a backslide and putting his feet on the ropes for leverage after the challenger became distracted by Nidia; after the bout, Noble collided with Nidia while trying to save her from the Hurricane's chokeslam, with Hurricane then dropping Noble with the move Hardcore Holly & Chavo Guerrero Jr. (w/ Maven) defeated Billy Gunn & Chuck Palumbo at 15:00 when Chavo pinned Palumbo Kurt Angle pinned Test with the Olympic Slam at 11:00 after Test accidentally hit himself in the head with a chair
WWE Tag Team Champions Lance Storm & Christian defeated Rey Mysterio Jr. & Billy Kidman at 9:09 when Storm pinned Kidman after hitting him with one of the title belts, moments after Mysterio hit an Asai moonsault on Christian outside the ring Edge pinned Chris Jericho at 14:22 with an inside cradle after avoiding the Walls of Jericho; prior to the bout, Edge came ringside with a camcorder filming the crowd; after the match, Edge climbed a scaffold beside the ring to look out on the crowd Torrie Wilson defeated Stacy Keibler in a Bra & Panties match at 4:45, despite interference from Nidia; Val Venis was the guest ring announcer for the match; after the bout, Torrie fought off an attack from Stacy and spanked her WWE World Champion the Rock defeated Triple H and Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) in a No DQ match at 14:33 by pinning Triple H with the Rock Bottom, moments after Lesnar kicked out of Triple H's Pedigree

Edits to the WWE Network Version of Royal Rumble 1988 1. Ricky Steamboat's music is dubbed over along with commentary during entrance. Sounds like Howard Finkel redid the entrance. 2. Rick Rude and the ref arguing with each other fades out a few seconds early. 3. Wrestlemania 4 Teaser edited out 4. Jumping Bob Angels Music is dubbed over along with commentary during their entrance. Sounds like Howard Finkel redid the entrance.
5. After one of the falls of the Jumping Bob Angels match Vince McMahon says "We will have a brief word with your local cable systems" and then they play one of the bumper songs that Prime Time Wrestling played back in the 80's with Vince announcing over that the contract signing between Hogan and Andre is still to come. The crowd is shown along with a still image of Hogan & Andre 6. Half of Andre & Dibiase's walk to the ring before the contract signing is edited off. This might because music starts playing as Vince announces a commercial break. On the Network version about 5 seconds before the music plays it fades out. 7. After the Hogan/Andre contract signing angle another Wrestlemania 4 teaser is shown and then they edit out about 6 seconds of the camera showing various crowd shots. On the Network version it goes straight to the Royal Rumble logo. 8. Ends a few seconds earlier as on the Network version they show a shot of the crowd and it fades. On the original broadcast the shot of the crowd is 5 seconds longer and about 3 seconds of that they show the Royal Rumble logo along with the copyright Titan Sports All Rights Reserved at the bottom. Not sure why they would have edited that out.

Ring announcer Mel Phillips has been edited out of these matches in the Andre the Giant and Ted DiBiase Collections: "Dropping The Rockers" (Andre/Haku vs. The Rockers) "Former Employee" (DiBiase vs. Virgil) And now I wonder if some PTW entrances are dropped not because of music, but because of Phillips.
