huh, dont know why they'd edit that, the rest of the DDP motivational videos are still intact IIRC.

That's funny because they used the part where they zoom on his face and put DDP in his titantron.

I just find it odd that they'd leave the women's stuff from the Attitude era completely intact in all its sleazy, sexist glory, but this is the one where they draw the line? Seems pretty random to me, and even tame compared to stuff that came a few years prior.

Every match between the first and last have been cut from NXT Arrival. Not sure why, but there are two versions of that show available, one that is 58 minutes and another that is 114 minutes. Here is the full one. watch.wwe.com/episode/WWE-NXT-Arrival-10103

So the 2/85 War To Settle the score has entrances dubbed for Windham & Rotunda + Hulk Hogan. It has Cyndi Lauper and Wendi Richter's entrance completely removed which is strange because they kept her entrance on the Classics on Demand version but just dubbed over her theme. It has 45 seconds edited out of Hogan celebrating with Mr. T & Capt. Lou Albano.
Now here's what is very strange. The Classics on Demand version is missing about 2 seconds of the text showing showing the opening match that the Network has however the Classics on Demand version has 25 seconds of Okerlund and Monsoon hyping the show that's missing on the Network version. So I at first thought that they must have gotten the master out and redid it but surprise surprise on the world title match it has an Orange button covering the "Retains The WWF Heavyweight Championship" at the end of Hulk Hogan's match.

Prime Time Wrestling episodes are not amongst the list of "In Ring" shows, but are still available on the Network via search.

If you go to the "comedy" section, Prime Time and TNT are both listed in there. While I can see why they're listed there (TNT had plenty of goofy comedy skits, and Prime Time had the Monsoon/Heenan banter), it's still odd. Interesting.

Saturday Nights Main Event 3/89 the audio sounds kind of distorted. Not the best audio quality on the Network.
Saturday Nights Main Event 5/89 has several edits. They do a fantastic job of editing out Vince McMahon saying "tonight's episode is sponsored by Burger King" at the opening the show with Jesse as you'd never notice it. There are several clips throughout the show of scenes from the movie "No Holds Barred" and all are edited off the Network version. Then there's a couple of Miller Lite commercials that feature Vince McMahon, Jesse Ventura, and Howard Finkel, those are also edited however to be fair those might not be on the original tapes. They also edit out Sean Mooney's Mountain Dew "Slam of the month" which shows a nice 30 second video package to Big John Studd. Wish they wouldn't edit those as those are part of the nostalgia.

On Clash of the Champions 8 the SST comes out with a knock off Friday the 13th, 80s horror movie theme song. The theme itself is not that bad but it's terribly dubbed over and doesn't fit the SST at all. Z-Man's entrance theme is dubbed over. I tried to keep track of everybody who's theme was changed for this show but it ended up being like 90% of the guys.

The 2/89 The Main Event replaces the music for the Mega Powers video package. The original song is "You're A Friend of Mine" by Jackson Browne. The replacement they use an instrument muzak song and the video is also shortened.

At the time, WCW was using real songs for the wrestlers, hence so many replacements here, probably. Zenk for instance was using the Batman '89 theme.

Obviously they don't want to pay the sponsors or whoever owns their names now. Though I think some fee plugs did make it intact?

The 1988-89 WCW episodes have "slam of the week" segments sponsored by A&W. Raw episodes have the "WWF Rewind sponsored by ________" segments included a lot, too.
