Wrath vs Jericho when Jericho was mocking Goldberg. Door was supposed to lock when Jericho went outside and didn't so Jericho had to pretend it was. Then a security guard stuck his head out because he heard Jericho yelling. Wrath went outside and chased Jericho and the camera didn't cut out when they thought it would so the camera caught Jericho stopping and he and Wrath laughing

Maniac Mike Davis as the Viper doing pretty much anything.
There was also an episode of Global that ended with Scott Anthony(Raven) doing a random rap promo that went something like "if you're feeling froggy, jump in my face and I'll make you feel groggy. I'm the King of the ring.." I don't remember the rest and as far as I remember it had nothing to do with anything as he showed up in WCW shortly thereafter.

Superplex transitioned into another suplex, reversed, both guys pour out of the ring.
I'm sure Davey thought it'd be teh zools, but so many eyes rolled at that spot, Lou Thesz's gnarled ears rose from the grave to walk the earth again.

nWo era Macho Man doing a promo in the stands towards someone in the ring all the while continuously pointing his finger as he talked with a fan standing just behind him doing the same finger point as he did it. They even showed it again in a video package later.
