Which ROH Champion do you feel was the best/most entertaining in their ROH title run (Or runs in the case of Aries)?

I would say Joe had the most important reign, and Punk's was the most interesting.
Overall greatest though? Maybe Nigel.

Samoa Joe's reign is probably the most famous and probably most important in making the title seem important.

I didn't vote for him, but I think that in some ways, Morishima's reign was a little underrated.

It has to be Joe. He made that belt matter, and had a series of matches which made stars out of himself, Homicide, Punk, Aries and others.
Whilst Danielson and Punk also had spectacular reigns, when I think of the RoH World Championship, I think of Samoa Joe.

Its got to be Joe as he made that title. It really meant something when he finally dropped it to Aries who also had a pretty damn good reign. I think Danielson is a strong second as his heel character was second to none and he had some absolute classics. His reign also gave us THAT Danielson vs McGuinness match at Unified that solidified Nigel McGuinness as a force on the independent scene.

Gotta go with Aries,he is the first and so far only two-time champion in the company and had several great matches during both title reigns.

Danielson for match quality and workrate, Joe for historic significance, Punk for storytelling and raw emotion.
I voted Danielson as his run is my personal favorite, but if the question had been phrased "most important" I think you have to go with Joe.
