Let's reverse the roles - Triple Threat

So seeing as most are happy that Bryan will more than likely be added to the title match. My point is that the rumble winner will be punished for nothing.

Now before you all start going off on Batista consider this.

Bryan wins the rumble, gets a shot at the title and weeks before this title match it is found out that Batista will be added.

I find it ridiculous that the rumble winner is being punished. I don't like Batista and all for Bryan getting the tittle, just it's unfair on any rumble winner of they have to do a triple threat. I'd hate to try my hardest to win a rumble match to find out that my odds of winning the title have then been slashed by someone else being added in.

(This all of course if Bryan beats HHH).

Shawn Michaels did it at WM XX just by knocking out Benoit and signing the contract himself...and he was a face.

Also Teddy Long told Batista in 2005 that if he chose SD he'd be in a triple threat as Cena was number one contender.

Then there's all the shit that went down for Wrestlemania 2000. So there's a precedent for it

If you're talking kayfabe: Yeah, Batista has an argument.

But outside of that, they were set up for a heel vs heel match to end Wrestlemania XXX. They had to fix it and desperately tried to get the crowd to cheer Batista to no avail. This was pretty much their only option that wouldn't end with the main event of their biggest ppv of the year to be crapped on.
