Sirens is incredible and hating something without watching it first is short sighted All I know is what I've seen in the ads and the teasers for it looks bad (though nowhere near as much so as Chrisley, which is what I'm really glad to see flop) and as a result I don't want to see those ads anymore. Plus I think it's a poor concept for a comedy since, y'know, it's kind of morbid but they seem to be playing it as zany and wacky instead of going dark with it.

With Chrisley, I wanted the show to fail after finding out what a disgusting womanizer he is. With Sirens, it didn't interest me but I don't see the point in wanting it to get canceled. Especially when I suspect the people saying this don't even watch USA that much anyway.
I might check out Sirens on On Demand soon.

I actually think Sirens looks amusing from what little I've seen on the commercials. I've never heard of this "Chrisley" show before looking at this thread, but it sounds awful.

MASH was a zany comedy taking place in a much darker setting and situations. The contrast can make it work. And so far on Sirens, there is no dark. All the medical related things are over the top stuff, and all stuff that I have known happen to friends in the medical field.

I don't know why, but whenever Chrisley says "been there, done that. Got the t-shirt", it drives me nuts lol. It wouldn't bug me if it was pretty much anyone else, but his whiny voice makes me want to cover my ears.

If nothing else, he's taught me what a stereotypical lisping gay man hailing from the deepest part of the south would sound like.

They've pulled the plug on Psych and Burn Notice, two of their better rated shows (although both shows needed to go after many seasons). Replace them with a sitcom and a reality show starring one of the most insufferable human beings that I've seen pass for a reality show dad. If I'm the WWE, I'm looking real good right now in network negotiations.

I don't "get" Chrisley. is he a star somewhere else? how did he get a show? is it a faux reality show spoof or something?

Chrisley though is a millionaire who I guess they thought'd be funny and captivating or something... though he's also been sued multiple times for sexual harassment and has filed for bankruptcy.

I'm happier that Sirens is flopping. It looks terrible. You should check it out, it's actually pretty funny.

Aw, Sirens flopped? But I like that one... haven't seen this other thing because it's (hopefully) not on up here.

If somehow WWE signs with another network I could see USA dropping from 1st to outside the top 5.

Last night's ratings will be good, considering Raw ran until 11:20pm.

Chrisley is a creepy douchebag on a level rarely seen on TV. I'm somewhat shocked it even had a million views. I'm curious if USA would have gotten better ratings if they just had a blank screen for an hour. Worked for Wacky Deli. You seen Wacky Deli? Real good show... Until that new guy ruined it. If somehow WWE signs with another network I could see USA dropping from 1st to outside the top 5. Lost Burn Notice, losing Psych, might be losing White Collar, and all that's left is Suits? Yeah they'd drop big time. Hey USA, remember you became the top network thanks to hour long shows that were fun, and not dark. Burn Notice before the final season was the definition of the summer show. That formula was still working, don't throw it all out and try to start from scratch.
