They help produce his videos if I recall Yeah, didn't Paul make a cameo in one of the more recent episodes? In two videos recently. I think it's just, they all do related things so naturally they interact and friendships build from there.

They work together sometimes and meet at conventions and chat.
I saw this first hand yesterday at a video game con in my city, a bunch of YouTube personalities were there and just chatted it up.

It's like any business, you network. If I were popular and there were another popular artist in the same field it wouldn't be hard to shoot them a youtube comment going "Hey man, I'm ______ and I'm doing a video on _______. If you have time, we could collaborate" and have it go on from there. You add in getting to know people at conventions, possible back and forth conversations you have about business (It's a relatively narrow field, if you have questions about ad revenue money or the like you'd have to hit up a fellow content creator) and you can foster a relationship fast.

Aren't Jon and the Continue guys on the same network? Same as Peanut Butter Gamer, ProJared (formerly of ScrewAttack), Did You Know Gaming?, and The Completionist- Normal Boots.

Pretty much. Alternatively, become Darkside Phil and have no friends in the youtube gaming community or fighting game community due to being kind of a dickweed.

Well, they all have the same gig and hit the same Cons. You'd have to assume they'd all cross paths at one point or another and they likely would share a lot of interests, so...

Well, they watch videos similar to the ones they make themselves and when they find someone they like, they start discussing their works with them and sometimes end up doing cross-overs which is one way they become friends.
Their fans also often suggest working with someone else by talking about how awesome it would be if they made stuff together.
And of course, many of them get invited to the same cons and either by participating to the same panels or just walking around they meet, talk, joke, plan crossovers, make friends, have a nice candlelit dinner, share an intimate moment in bed, etc...

So is that black and yellow tracksuit supposed to be Jon's costume or something now? He seems to always be wearing it.
