They are all on Polaris, yes. How many live in LA, I know Mark moved there a month or so back.

I think they are all part of that Maker studios gaming network. Seems that way, Egoraptor tweeted that technically the buyout makes him a Disney animator. Whereas RubberRoss said it makes him a Disney princess. Go figure.

Well it all started when Demented asked me if his washcloth smelled like chloroform, everything after that was a bit fuzzy. I do recall lots of terrified screaming, a spiked bat, a donkey, and my groin hurting afterwards. Though despite not remembering half of it, I just knew he was the one.

They might play games together or pretend to kill each other in videos, but they eat pizza together after the show!

Basically, a lot of them view their videos as their work. Most have regular jobs, but there are some who are fortunate enough to make their living with YouTube... that takes networking, branching out, collaborating, all that. A lot of them end up going to cons due to being invited by the event, due to their network footing the bill for their stay (Retroware TV seems to do this alot), and some just go because it's what they wanna do. They'll meet up with each other through panels, mutual friends, special events, happenstance, whatever....
Either way, I think it's really cool. I love the idea that there's a chance for anyone to collaborate with anyone else... stuff like AlphaOmegaSin on upcoming Game Chasers episodes.... Pat The NES Punk on the Completionist, Angry Joe on Board James, it's just cool. I think they all, kinda, see each other as kindred spirits and just get along that way.
It's the same everywhere... the really popular twitch streamers seem to have loose affiliations with each other. It's not as easy to collaborate as the streams are typically live, solo, and done without too much techn knowledge. Hell, on forums.... you'll see groups of posters flocking together, writers on websites, they form their own collective groups and from there.. real friendships can form. Outside of that, at the very least they can maintain a professional respect and willingness to help each other out.
