That seems like a small card, how long was the show?

Jarrett should have gone one step further and went with an eight-sided ring.

Sweet f***ing jesus, Dixie and Jarrett are as bad as each other. No way is there 500 people there I'd guess at 200/300 at the most.

i saw Kong at ROH's Top Prospect tournament last year and would be interested in seeing the match, but it doesn't change the fact the replaced the biggest name on the show with a guy most indy fans don't even know. its like WWE going "John Cena can't be here tonight to face Kevin Owens, so instead Owens will be going one-on-one with...Angelo Dawkins!" I wouldn't place Tyrus at the John Cena name recognition level. More like the Zack Ryder level. Having the Bullet Club members is a much bigger attraction to indy fans than the former Brodus Clay. Tyrus appeals to the "I remember this guy in WWE" crowd. Plus Chris Masters is a bigger Ex-WWE name than Tyrus.

You laugh but Kongo Kong vs Moose is 1000% better than Moose vs Tyrus. Kong is so underrated it's sad. i saw Kong at ROH's Top Prospect tournament last year and would be interested in seeing the match, but it doesn't change the fact the replaced the biggest name on the show with a guy most indy fans don't even know. its like WWE going "John Cena can't be here tonight to face Kevin Owens, so instead Owens will be going one-on-one with...Angelo Dawkins!" Maybe the indy fans here haven't heard of Kongo. But every other forum I read they know who Kongo is.

Cornette with the Bullet Club which means by extension Cornette is with The Young Bucks.
Can't wait to see that end well.

Jarrett should have gone one step further and went with an eight-sided ring. What, you saying he couldn't spring for the Madagascan two sided ring?

Caught this in my Twitter feed. GFW streamed their show via some app or other, and apparently this was how they filmed it. (Mutual follow tried to turn their phone sideways, the video turned right along with it.)

Maybe this has been discussed, but why does the GFW shop think I want to many 8 x 10's of Jeff and Karen?

6 sided ring is a bad idea. Too close to TNA and I would do what I could to distance myself from them.
I'll admit I'm biased as I hate watching matches in the 6-sided ring and it is one of the reason I don't watch TNA and won't go out of my way to watch GFW.

This will have all the major networks lining up to sign GFW!

Court Bauer brought this up about how the minor league ballpark shows could make the show look bad. One, it's associated with something "minor league" and two, the shows were going to look bad in pictures no matter what. The Shea Stadium shows looked empty and they had 30,000 some odd people.
In regards to the 6 sided ring, it was an interesting concept in the past, but because TNA is such a black eye in pro wrestling, doing anything similar to TNA makes it look bad.
