Went to the GFW show Thursday night in Appleton, WI and had a great time! Colt Cabana/Arya Davairi had a very entertaining match. The women's match was Santana Garrett/Melanie Cruz which was better than most WWE divas matches. Santana is very easy on the eyes. Jeff Jarrett came out to thank the fans and had his TNA King of the Mountain title with him. Eric Young came out and cut a promo on Jarrett about how he stole his title from him and jumped him. EY then took off with the title. PJ Black/Sonjay Dutt was a decent match. Ciampa/Magnus was a very good match also with dueling "Let's go Ciampa/Magnus" chants. Hacksaw Jim Duggan came out and laid out Davairi and got a huge USA pop. The Bullet Club, Gallows & Karl Anderson got the biggest reaction as they beat 2 jobbers. Not sure who they were.
All in all a very fun show! Talked to Cabana/ Ciampa/ Bullet Club and picked up some merch from them. All very nice and great people. The Bullet Club was by far the busiest shilling out merch before/after the show and intermission.
Definitely worth checking out and hopefully GFW can get the ball rolling! They had about 400-500 people, but the crowd was hot all night long.

I didn't even know there was a 3rd, Even Younger Buck There's a female Cousin Buck as well. Now I want to see the Bucks family as the new Dudleys, Dance With Bucks, Big Dick Buck...etc.

I had a lot of high hopes for GFW, and the whole deal with TNA has really soured me on the product, but maybe, just maybe, the whole TNA deal is really something for GFW to do until the fall, and then we'll move on to something else, since, by then, hopefully, TNA will likely be dead.

I wonder what the attendance was like for that show. I was going to go, but I heard tickets were like $40. I paid less for decent seats at WWE house show in Milwaukee.

Remember that time Hacksaw and Daivari had an unannounced flag match on Raw for no reason? What was up with that?

I was one of those who had high hopes for this and so far it's been sour. The linking yourself with TNA was stupid because TNA is a ship sinking and on it's last legs. The fact in 2015 Jeff Jarrett wants to be champion and push himself as this mega star that only he believes he as big as he thinks he is. The most disappointing part of for the last year we heard all these deals with major companies from all over the world. Yet not one event has anybody on it that most US indies can't book or don't book already. The cloest we got to New Japan is the US members of the Bullet Club that can be seen else where just as much. The fact the Main Events been the likes of the "NEW" Heavenly Bodies is sad. When the originals wasn't what you call Main Event all time greatest Tag team. That like you may as well also had The New Midnight Express facing them.
For a year to work things out it is a shame the first events sold terrible compared to most indies out there and the talent that is there most guys can draw at less a 1,000 on other indies cards. So clearly Jarrett doesn't know how to market the shows or his ticket prices are to crazy. Me I would sold tickets $15 to $20 I have 40 IF there was ringside seating and that not even there. The ring is at home plate and the first seating are pretty far away. For a company that is going to be "major" it was more like a fart in church on delivering over all.

Oh, so GFW's going to have a Main division, a Tag division, a Woman's division and a neX*gen division. Well, that really sets them apart.

@gfwwrestling: Lucha Libre comes to @orleansarena 7/24 as stars from Mexico bring their unique style to AMPED! #GFWVegas
They better not be Luchadores of the caliber of Tigre or Argos.

So it's basically TNA 2.0. Well that's fun.

So it's basically TNA 2.0. Well that's fun. With better Creative Team, its too early to judge storylines though. GFW really lacks heavyweights, the strongest division so far is the Womens Division which is IMO looks better than the KOs division, they dont have a Velvet Sky which is a plus lol.
