Brian Adams has a successful three count pinfall over Randy Savage at Wrestlemania. Define successful... He pins Randy for the 3, but it's a weird 'falls count anywhere' match where if you get pinned you have 1 minute to get back in the ring or lose. Randy wins the match via Forklift(He strings Crush up)

Ever since the rule that Royal Rumble winner gets a title shot at Wrestlemania only 3 people who won the Rumble have never won the WWE title.
Lex Luger Chris Benoit Roman Reigns (lets see how long this one last though.)

I may have said this before, but:
Kurt Angle's Wrestlemania record is 3-4. The 3 wins were in matches where there was no title on the line. The 4 losses were in matches where there was a title on the line.

It's the Marquess of Queensbury, not Duke.

Meltzer has never given 5 stars to a Daniel Bryan match. 4.75 is the highest.

People who won their first world title at one of the Big Five: SummerSlam: Daniel Bryan Bryan's first world title was won at TLC 2011. As devalued as the WHC was, it was still classed as a world title.

If we take that PPV into consideration, and keep with your theme of only counting the WWE title, CM Punk could be added to the list.

I didn't do the WHC until later.

Flair and Benoit both were former WCW/NWA World Champs when they won their first WWE sanctioned World Title.
