Sgt Slaughter was the lowest ranking member of the Triangle of Terror, behind General Adnan and Colonel Mustafa.
At Summerslam 91, he offered Sid Justice a place in the faction as "Lieutenant Justice" which technically would have made Slaughter subordinate to him as well.

Just makes me think of how Van Hammer didn't want to be Private Stash since he'd be low ranking, and held out for Major Stash.

I'm pretty sure Bobby Heenan was the only person to appear on the first episode of WWF Raw and the first episode WCW Nitro.

It doesn't quite count, but Bobby Heenan was on the first Raw giving a promo for the debut of Lex Luger... Who (re)debuted in WCW on the first Nitro. Luger's WWF career was literally the time from the first Raw to the first Nitro. On the other hand though, Macho Man absolutely DID appear on both the first Raw and Nitro. So no... The Brain wasn't the only guy.

Randy Savage, Kurt Angle & John Bradshaw Layfield have lost both a WWF/E World title and an I-C belt at a WrestleMania.

Despite holding the WWE title 4 times, being an 11 time world champion overall and being a Rumble winner, Edge never competed for the WWE title at Wrestlemania.

"Headcase" (a mental asylum patient) and "Mason The Mutiliator" (a medieval type character) were the original gimmicks proposed for Mick Foley in the WWF before they decided upon “Mankind”

Terry Funk and Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw had a short lived tag team in 1998. Terry Funk had retired for the first time 9 years before Bradshaw had his first match, and 15 years before teaming with Bradshaw. In fact, Terry turned pro a year before his future partner was even born.

Foley then sold him on the Mankind name, which was originally Mankind the Mutillator, but to Foley's relief, simply Mankind by the time he debuted. He also was to wear chainmail, which again he protested, requesting something that looked possibly homemade, that Mankind could have made in his basement.

That's my favourite part of his book, where he describes the collaboration he had with Vince on developing Mankind.

"Riot" and "Rage" were the original names proposed for Edge. His nickname would have made a lot more sense with either of them. I can't recall him ever doing anything that, were it to be in a film, the MPAA would enforce an R rating.

I can't recall him ever doing anything that, were it to be in a film, the MPAA would enforce an R rating. They were trying to push him as sleazy, like with the live sex celebration and such, to play off the heat he had from having been with Lita behind Matt's back. Plus there's the rhyming. I guess PG-13 Libertine was too much of a mouthful.
