Let's face it, Brock Lesnar is on a rampage and he's taking out everyone, one way or another (except Cena of course). LET US GO DOWN THE LIST, SHALL WE.
TRIPLE H: Concussed him so bad he kept on losing to Curtis Axel and didn't wrestle again until he curtain jerked and LOST at WrestleMania. CM PUNK: CM Punk was never the same again after his loss to Brock; he had a long drawn out, boring feud with RybAxel, then didn't do anything of note; finally fading away in January. BIG SHOW: Hot off a short burst of babyface momentum, Brock made Show his bitch at the Rumble and now he's back to doing nothing in the midcard. UNDERTAKER: Motherf***er ended THE STREAK. Taker got concussed, too. Deadman will never be the same again.
WHO CAN STOP THE BEAST!? (except Cena of course) IS DANIEL BRYAN OUR ONLY HOPE!?

I would love to see Lesnar destroy Bryan for the title at Summerslam or somehow win it and defend it against him at Wrestlemania.
Also, you consider face Triple H our hero? I was so happy when Lesnar whopped his ass!

The fact he's been so dominant recently makes me even more upset that they wasted the full potential his return by jobbing him to Cena.
Seriously, that was one of the dumbest decisions they've ever gone with.

He is pretty dominant right now. Gonna be real good to see him go down to the Rock at Mania next year (hopefully).

He kinda took out Henry too.
I could see Orton turning face and feuding over who the real legend killer is. I hope beating the streak means he's signing on for more dates. Because he was gone so long, there's so many fresh matches for him: Bryan, Sheamus, Batista, Orton, Cesaro

It's such a shocking visual to look back and see how tiny Brock made Rock look at Summerslam 02, only for Rock to turn into Hercules and come back. If they're standing next to each other, Rock may wind up dwarfing Brock.

Seriously, that was one of the dumbest decisions they've ever gone with. They got Chi-Town (well, technically Rosemont, but same kind of crowd) behind Cena in the process. That alone makes it one of the best decisions WWE's ever done.

What does that have to do with the decision to put Cena over Lesnar in what was supposed to be built as Cena's worst professional year?

He beat Cena's ass and had the match won cleanly until the ref was knocked out from giving John the F5.

That alone makes it one of the best decisions WWE's ever done. It wasn't worth sabotaging potentially one of the biggest moneymaking angles of all time in order to have one crowd on a random B-show PPV cheer him for one night. It was so easy; Brock beats Cena, Cena goes away for a month or 2, Cena is asked about the Brock match repeatedly and doesn't address it because he's ashamed and it's made clear he's lost something. While Brock is challenging and defeating HHH at Summerslam, Cena is losing several times to CM Punk on the July PPV and Summerslam. Brock beats The Rock at Survivor Series, Cena loses again. Brock wins the title from Punk at the Rumble, Cena wins the Rumble itself and he beats Brock at 'Mania. Cena has recovered from his horrible year, Brock's contract is over so you can either re-sign him or let it expire and instead of Rock/Cena II at 'Mania, you could do Rock/Taker instead. That would have made serious money and been better then what they did.

I agree completely, the match is great and arguably the best of the year. But that finish is just terrible both in execution and from looking at what story wanted to tell long term.

Maybe when Sting makes his debut, Lesnar will beat him too the way Steiner did in 2000.
