How far can the gimmick go though? There's only so much you can do with a character that's probably a serial killer.

SAM SHAW IS NOT A SERIAL KILLER!!!!!
I'll never understand how a guy who has killed ZERO people suddenly got the gimmick of a killer, let alone a serial killer.

Keep
Kenny King
Magnus
MVP
Samuel Shaw
Willow (that's still Jeff Hardy under there and the dude's insanely over; can't just throw him away)
Fire
Bobby Lashley (I've always had a soft spot for Lashley, but he's not needed at all)
Gunner
Knux
Mr. Anderson (This dude's never done anything for me)
Robbie E (Nothing against this guy; he's just a casualty to keep Shaw)
So, yeah, that's what my list would look like. Outside of Mr. Anderson I don't have anything against the dudes I'd fire, but the guys I'd keep are more valuable to the company.

Keep:
Anderson - I've always liked him, regardless of what others thought. Shaw - This gimmick is great and, although his matches remain below par and his series with Anderson needs to end yesterday, I look forward to seeing what he can do next. Magnus - I didn't think he was World Title material yet and I don't like him nearly as much as some do (or at least did in the lead up to BFG, some of those people do seem to have soured on him of late) but he's a good hand, a good midcarder and a very good tag team wrestler (see Magnus/Joe, British Invasion or even the extremely short lived London Brawlin'). Kenny King - Hell of a wrestler, really confident mic worker. Could really help rejuvinate the X-Division if they just let him be himself and actually give him some focus/screentime. I still think what he did to ROH was bullshit mind, but that's my only gripe with him. MVP - I wasn't a big fan of his in WWE and haven't seen any of his work in Japan but I've really liked him since he came in. I think he plays the face authority figure (a ridiculously hard task) as well as can be expected. Plus his theme music is awesome.
Fire the rest, they all suck - although I will admit I've enjoyed the Knux vignettes so far. I just hate his matches and that's something that is pretty important to me.

Keep: Willow - End of the day, it's still Jeff Hardy under the mask. Regardless of how lame Willow is, you can't fire an apparently clean and sober Jeff Hardy. MVP - I've always loved the way he cuts a promo. You need good promo guys, and MVP is a really good promo guy. Magnus - He always has, and always will, look the part of a pro wrestler. He has gotten so much better since he first debuted and it shouldn't be held against him that he's currently being booked like garbage. Magnus earned his spot in the main event and deserves to stay there. Shaw - Does the stalker gimmick have a shelf life? Absolutely, because eventually they will run out of things to do with it. However, it's a great gimmick, Shaw does a great job playing the role, and it still has life. It makes sense to ride for as long as possible, and then try to develop the gimmick into something else. Knux - He's never had a good opportunity to take the ball and run with it. Back in his WWE day, he had me totally hooked when he was randomly beating up Rey Mysterio. I wish there was more follow-though with that angle because it showed the potential that Knux has.
Fire: Anderson - I can't think of another former world champion that's had a less memorable run. At this point, he's a catchphrase and nothing more. Gunner - I seriously considered keeping him, but it comes down to potential. I think Gunner has hit his peak and can't picture him in a larger role. Lashley - It seems like he'll be treated as a special attraction going forward. Aren't special attractions supposed to, you know, attract an audience? King - Never, at any time, did I understand the love for Kenny King. He is average in every conceivable way. I didn't even like what I saw of him in ROH (granted, it wasn't much). I think he's the poster boy for ROH wresters that are overrated simply by association with the actual great wrestlers of ROH. Robbie E - I'm hoping that Brooke Tessmacher isn't into unemployed men, and that by firing Robbie E she will be available.
