I really wish it would happen again, to be completely honest. I think Swagger is tremendously underrated by a lot of people. Dude can really work in the ring, and he's good on the mic when they're not trying to make him super serious. If he's not a serious WWE WHC contender, at the very least, he's a believable midcard champion. Agreed totally. Really wish his WHC run woulda had more positive highlights/been a springboard to greater things, and led to more permanence in an uppercard role. Even I'll concede that he's never gonna be a dyed in the wool main eventer, but as a challenger and occasional threat like a Kane or the like would be groovy.

They found the right mouthpiece for him at the right time, I still think Swagger and Zeb should stick together as long as possible.

Will the shareholders ruin Lord Tensai's gimmick? Yeah the time frame off all of that was really amusing.

I hated it at the time. After the addition of Swagger, and Zeb becoming more zany, I've warmed up to it. Swagger is in the best spot that he should be in, especially with a manager. Zeb needs more disciples.

Swagger's one of those guys that's decent in most areas, but isn't really among the best at something like the Bryans and Cenas are. I was happy when he won the WHC because I at least felt he had the potential to grow into a main event worthy talent, but in retrospect I don't think he ever did. Even without the drug bust I think he's "midcard good".

Swaggy has so much wasted potential. Not great on the mic but decent in the ring for a big man and has a decent look for a midcard bully heel.
He's no one to blame but himself for f***ing his push, though. He may not have Billy Gunned his KOTR win, but he certainly RVDed his title push.

Vince, HHH and Steph had a bet to see who could get away with the worst WM title match.
Vince went with The Miz vs Cena but figured he get away with it be involving the Rock, Steph picked two of the most boring mid-carders thinking that mainstream attention could counter the apathy and HHH went with Orton vs Batista but failed to get away with it, as he lost the bet his forefit was to get beat cleanly by Daniel Brayn.
