This video made me cry, but it was a good feeling cry. It is a sad fact that some kids just will die of disease young, but as some mentioned earlier getting to know such kids is sort of good for you. Their outlook on life is different from other people, and should cause you to reevaluate some priorities.
Another reason that I love this video despite all of the feels it inspires is that it demonstrates just how important some events can be for such kids. I have no doubt that he lived longer in order to make it to WM. My son participates in the MDA camp every year and every year they release a yearbook for the camp. The first page of the yearbook is always a memorium to the campers from last year who passed away since then and almost without fail they all died within a month of going to camp. They held on in order to participate at camp one more time and I find that kind of beautiful in a sense. I know how much my son loves going to the camp and I understand just how much it must mean to kids whose time is short.
