Kurt Angle signed with WWE around 1998-1999, and stayed until 2006. That's about 8 years. Kurt Angle signed with TNA around 2006-2007, and stayed until 2014 so far, and his contract expires soon. That's about 8 years. Really think about that.
GO FOR IT IN THE COMMENTS.

Well, from a certain point of view. He's more machine now than man.

In Kurt's mind, only 1 year has passed.

I'm okay with this.
If Angle was in WWE all this time, there wouldn't be a lot of room for other performers to grow.

That is super depressing to me to be perfectly honest. Especially looking back at what he had hoped to gain from going to TNA. I would love to see him come back for a limited run and a Legends deal, but have no idea where his head is at.
I stopped watching TNA years ago because I personally couldn't bare the cringe factor it induced every time I made myself check it out so I don't know where the product is at right now, but from the sounds of it and by what I've read on this forum and other sources things haven't ever stepped up as far as what I would enjoy. That said, as always I hope he does what makes him happiest, but I really think more than ever that that will include him finally getting away from that place.

Joke's over Kurt. You need to come back like now. There is money to be made and classics to be had against the likes of Bryan, Brock and Punk..... whenever he decides to pick his toys up from the pram.

Yes. Maybe not on a full time schedule, but WWE's desperation for star power and reluctance/refusal to use everyone properly, would've had Kurt taking up a disproportionate amount of screen time during key periods.

I feel like we forget sometimes that however good creatively Kurt's first few years were in TNA, he only went over there because he wanted to keep on being a human drugs disposal unit rather than go into rehab and refused to slow down. He is at the point where he offers nothing to the wrestling business because his matches are spotfests now, his promos aren't good any more - he doesn't even have value as a trainer because he's forgotten how to do everything he used to be so good at.

It annoys me he's expecting a hero's return to the company he left for the majority of his career.

I bet he had about twice as many matches over that time in WWE, though.
