MasonK565, my question to you is: if you were a Mafia (which I'm pretty sure you aren't at this point in time), how would you be playing it in a small game like this?

EBWP:Unless you're asking me to keep an eye on him, and vice versa, in which case, sure. Bingo.

Fake Jesus and Señor Tyger: If I suggested that the two of you keep a close eye on each other, would you? I would attempt to keep a close eye on everyone. I wouldn't keep tabs on Fake Jesus just because you said so because, at this point in the game, our names would only be arbitrarily connected unless you were privy to information that we are not. Since either Fake Jesus or myself could be killed by the end of this Day Phase or the coming Night Phase, it would be moot to pay attention to him in particular to the exclusion of everyone else. As it is, I wouldn't trust me to do so if I was another player. I might be attempting a con; closer attention doesn't necessarily mean I would be doing it for anything but my own, ulterior purposes.

I want to understand why you're feeling that way towards him. I'm not ready to make any statements regarding anyone's alignment this early on, but that's just me. Could you clarify for me?

MrBRulzOK If I have 3 lemons, and you have 4 apples, and the Chicago Cubs made it to the World Series, then what makes me think you aren't a Mafia Don?

Question for @jmacttack:
Would non-voting raise a flag for you? As past games show, Mafia tends to split their votes up during the Lynch, relying more on baiting Town to do most of the voting for them, with a few Mafia members not voting at all. If that rings true for this game, would not voting raise suspicion from you?

I guess my question is for Waffel113 since he is under my name on the list. In a small game like this how many mafia do you think we are dealing with and what kind of power roles do you think they might possess?

First of all, regarding Senor Produce, call it gut instinct at this point.
And with regards to Brad, we've got 14 in this game, yeah? I'm willing to wager we've got about 4 or 5 Mafia. Besides the Godfather, I'd bet we have a Double Voter and a Roleblocker.

Hawk Hart: In a field this small, what do you think the mafia ratio is? And also, who do you find to be separating themselves from the mafia stigma the most? This could be one or more users in the game.

MasonK565, my question to you is: if you were a Mafia (which I'm pretty sure you aren't at this point in time), how would you be playing it in a small game like this? Two main ways I see now: 1. Play it soft and stay low. The field is much tighter than larger games. So the information presented through posts becomes much more critical as compared to larger games. If you fit in with the rest of field, no one will expect much action out of you. This decreases your margin of error. You will be expected to participate less and say less. You could ride this until you can tell that people are putting you on their lynch or mafia lists. Then you strike at someone who is making those lists. 2. Do as much possible to paint yourself as a 'strong townie' or a town leader. If you do that, the odds of you getting lynched so soon isn't as likely as someone who is in the middle of the pack.

This could be one or more users in the game. I'd guess 5-6 based on previous experience. I don't think small game means small mafia. Give me a day or so to answer part two because we haven't had enough activity to judge yet.

If that rings true for this game, would not voting raise suspicion from you? Generally speaking, yeah that would be a red flag. Just as well, voting for someone that has no chance of being lynched just to say "I voted" or voting with little or no justification for their vote would seem slightly scummier to me

I'd also be wary of "Darn, I was going to vote but I just missed the deadline because of..." comments.

I'd also be wary of "Darn, I was going to vote but I just missed the deadline because of..." comments. I usually despise those as well unless a rapid lynch occurs. Then I understand if someone misses out on those, as I have missed on many.
