So obviously Vince has always been a fitness fanatic to a freakish extent but has he been keeping up with it in recent years? He's almost 70, which isn't exactly an age that most people are able to keep muscle mass, but he's only a year older than Sly Stallone who IS still freakishly ripped for his age, though more just in definition than bulk.
I can't remember what sort of injury it was a few years ago that basically made it so that Vince couldn't bump anymore or do anymore matches, but I dunno if it affected his ability to work out in general though. He could certainly be using whatever Stallone is, but as far as I know Stallone hasn't had nearly the same amount of injuries nor stress on his body as Vince has had over the years. It's hard to say, since you really can't tell when 99% of the pictures of him recently are in a suit.

Stallone damn near killed himself on the set of The Expendables a few years ago. Ironically, filming the fight scene with Stone Cold. I believe he broke his neck on a stunt. Vince tore both his quads in 2005 when he came out after the Royal Rumble ending. That's almost a decade ago. That's the only major injury I know Vince has had recently unless I'm missing one. I know he looked pretty ripped (for his age) in his match with Punk almost 2 years ago on Raw.
