1967.
Is it the most accurate? Hell no.
Is it the most fun? Yes.

I absolutely loved the mid 90s version. Loved the style, the stories, and I dug the robust villains in the show, even if the big wheel baddy was a joke.

Spectacular Spider-Man for me, just the perfect blend of all spidey mythos, with great action, voice acting and story telling, wish it would have least made it to 5 seasons, and honestly believed it would have been up there with Bruce Timm's Batman as one of the greatest super hero cartoons ever.

I really, really enjoyed Spectacular Spider-Man. Was gutted when I heard it was ending.

Spectacular. It was such a step above everything at the time. Brilliant writing. Greg Wiesman's team ought to be regulars on Marvel projects more often.
90s Spidey is cheesy and flawed, but had some good storylines, the UK showed two whole seasons back to back instead of just the one and I always thought at the time "Neogenic Nightmare" was the season one finale instead of the second season's principle arc

Favorite? Easily Amazing Friends. No it wasn't the best quality wise, but it holds a special place in my heart and it's still fun to watch after all these years.

Brilliant writing, great character development, great voice acting- just superb across the board.
