I go to their shows all the time since midlo is about 12 minutes away from me.
for those who don't know they're the promotion that helped out CM Punk and Cabana when they were first starting out, as well as hero and a bunch of other people.
They also host the TPI, another indy tournament that alot of people like and even consider the 2004 edition of the tournament to be the best indy tourny of all time.
yet no one here ever really posts about them so does anyone watch IWA MS besides me?

No, but I've always kinda wanted to. What style(s) do they present?

Ian is too much of a god awful promoter to really do any good with the fed. The wrestlers are what made it what it was. The old stuff's good though, but yeah most the former IWA guys HATED it and won't go back.

I know it's an older show, but after seeing Delirious vs. El Generico on youtube, I'm gonna be ordering the "We're No Joke" show from smartmarkvideo.com some time soon. It looks like a great card from top to bottom.

And if someone could answer my earlier question.

And in a business like independent wrestling it's VERY important that you get paid ASAP.

ian's notorious for being cheap. but what promoter isn't?
still, IWA MS is great to get recognition to other promotions. And according to matt sydal if you talk to ian about money before hand he'll most likely pay you.

Ian doesn't mind ripping people off blatantly, but IWA MS is awesome when they get it right. Ian has a good eye for talent. They seem to be going back to deathmatches as headlining main events now, which I like but you guys will have a cry about.

well IWA MS prides themselves on being a promotion for everyone, so they have death matches along with technical and comedy matches as well.

Where is it located? Sadly here there aren't many indie feds around, except JAPW, which usually is in North Jersey, which is a good while away. There is CZW, and the occasional WWE and ROH, but I have yet to go to anything but the good ole 'E.

IWA-MS is a great fed, I keep telling myself I need to get to a show, but they have a huge youtube presence. Good stuff.

Speaking of IWA and since you have a sig of her phil ken, What the hell is up with Daizee Haze? I just saw her match with Mickie knuckles and laughed my ass off. I'm guessing she's a pot head right? And Mickie looks like a better version of Bertha faye without the polka dots. Great stuff. And you can't go wrong with Larry sweeney calling the action.
