There, I said it.
I love the guy and I especially love the song/video "The Ballad of Lacey".
..yeah that's about it really. Perhaps I can be more inciteful tomorrow.

I've never seen the Berzerker version. Just the emo and dousche Jimmy. At any rate he's the goods.

He is underatted heavily IMO. I'd love to see a Jimmy Jacobs(Huss phase) and Delirious team.

I love the time Jimmy Jacobs jobbed to Eddy Guerrero on Smackdown. Am I the only person that remembers this? He even wrote about this before.

I've heard great things about Jacobs, and I've seen both of his music videos, but I haven't seen much of him in the ring. Can someone give me the link to a match of his on youtube, if he has any?

I have no link, but I can vouch for him being VERY good in the ring. The extent he's grown as a worker over the last two or three years is astounding. He used to basically get by as a tiny bump machine with a fun gimmick (HUSS!) who would sprinkle in some cruiserweight-style moves, but he's really developed as a complete wrestler from about mid 2005 through now (though he really showed signs of growing in '04, as well). He's basically much more sound in the psychology department now, can play a very, very effective heel (he still plays a great underdog face, as well, but that's not how he's being used in most places now), and still takes those bumps that make his opponents look so good. Damn...now that I think of it, Jacobs tops my list for "Most Underrated Wrestler since the Beginning of 2006". He's just now really getting the recognition he deserves, thanks to this Cabana feud. Sorry Ricky Reyes, looks like it's the #2 spot for you for now.

Sorry Ricky Reyes, looks like it's the #2 spot for you for now. That's surprising, really. Well, maybe not. But, Jacobs' name always seems to always pop up, while it seems more and more, Reyes is just passed over. Both are very skilled, obviously, and really, between both of them, it's harder to tell who's more underrated. Sure, there's a whole crap load of guys that could be brought up, but certainly these are the two biggest names leading the pack. Not sure what this was supposed to mean, but there it is.

Sure, there's a whole crap load of guys that could be brought up, but certainly these are the two biggest names leading the pack. Not sure what this was supposed to mean, but there it is. Well, like I said, Jimmy's only really gotten back on the radar screen over the last month or so; he went through a stretch earlier this year, I believe, where he was thinking about finishing up at college early, so he dissapeared from non-Midwest shows for a bit, but that seems to have changed (maybe he DID finish, and now his schedule's open, I don't know). That probably hurt him. But Reyes gets overlooked a lot. If there's one guy I think Sapolsky can do a better job of pushing, it's him. He's not as good as Rocky Romero, but he's VERY talented, has great submission and striking skills, and works as an ass-kicker. But he's been in limbo for far too long. He and Jimmy are two reasons why I hope ROH does bring back a secondary title once we've gotten over the Pure Title a few months down the road; we know neither of them are gonna be World Champ any time soon, so throw the midcard a bone.
